Chapter 1

I rolled the car into the driveway of the One Direction Mansion. She still occupied my thoughts. I couldn't just get her out of my mind. She came up in every thought in some or the other way. I tried to think about what to gift Lottie for her birthday which was close and then books came up in my mind and then she popped up, her image of gathering all the parchment. Her image was some what plastered on every sing cell in my brain. I could still clearly see those sparkly twinkling green orbs in front of me and that bell like laughter echoing in my head as if she was sitting right beside me in the car which reminded me I was still in the car.

I killed the engine and walked up to the door and rang the bell. I was too excited. I wanted to tell everyone about my small  meeting with Madeline. Seeing me happy, I am sure they would be happy too. Since....... No Louis, that was the past which you have to burn. I reminded myself and rang the bell again. I heard footsteps on the other side of the door.

" Almost there!!!!" a voice echoed and the door swung along with it.

"Right on time Louis, we are about to start a movie. " he said and let me in. I removed my shoes and followed Zayn into the living. The rest of the boys were sprawled out with Danielle and Perrie on the couch. There were buckets of popcorn on the table with cold drinks. They all waved a chorus of 'Hi Louis!' and then returned their attention back to the television where the movie was about to start. I replied back and took a seat on the couch beside Liam.

The movie ended like 3 hours later and everyone got up stretching their torsos. I don't even remember the name of the movie I was so caught up with the thoughts of Madeline.

"Louis!"

"Louis!"

"LOUIS!" 

I shook my head and pulled myself out of my daze. I looked at Harry. He was holding the telephone to his ear. 

" Yeah?" I asked.

" We are ordering Pizza. What would you like?" he asks.

" Anything." I replied and waved my hand. He just shook his head and ordered something which I will discover later. I got up and stretched.

"Louis is this yours?" Danielle asks holding a silvery object in her hand. My jacket on the floor. I went up to her and took it from her.

"It fell from your jacket." she said. I examined it closer. It turned out to be a bracelet. It had intricate star like patterns woven onto it  I had seen this bracelet before..................... It was Madeline's!!!! I remember it was on her hand. Must have drooped into my jacket pocket when I caught her.

"It's Madeline's " I stated . She looks at me bewildered with sky high eyebrows.

"Who?" she asked.

"Oh umm I met this girl today, while returning. I pretty much crashed into her. It must have fallen at that time." I said not wanting to share about the little moment we had right after.

"You met a girl?!" Perrie exclaimed out of no where. My eyes widened.

"You finally meet a girl after so long and you tell us now?! Omg look at the his cheeks! You like her don't you? Does she like you too? What us her name? When did you meet her? Where did you meet here? Did she give you her number? Did you give her your? Did you kiss?" she bombarded me with questions. My eyes widened with her every passing one.

" Jeez! Calm your tits down girl! Let him at least speak." Danielle exclaimed.

Perrie just sheepishly smiled and muttered a sorry. 

" So now tell us?" Danielle calmly.

" Her name is Madeline Starling. I just crashed into her while I was returning back. Now I did not give her my number. Neither did she. And she was pretty angry that I made all her books and papers fall so no way did she kiss me. She was pretty much glaring at me. " I said and the girls awed. What is there to awe about? A girl called me an idiot and they found it cute. Girls.......

" So do you like her?" Perrie asked. I stopped at that question.

" I just met her. " I told.

" That is not the answer." she told me. " I asked do you like her?"

" I-I....." Do I? No. Obviously not, I just met her and know nothing other than her name. But.....
