Part 32: (The Finale Part 3)

TODOROKI'S POV:

I held the letter in my hands. I shut my eyes tight. All I wanted to do was just fall to the ground and cry. Why wont Katsuki love me! Why wont Deku be a hero! "I WISH DEKU NEVER BECAME A VILLAIN IN THE FIRST PLACE!" As much as I tried tears flowed down my face. The teachers eyes shot over to me. I heard a few mumbles. "Is Endevor's son seriously crying..." "What in the hell.." Their words cut threw me like a knife. The echo of their words whirled in my head. I fell ground. I heard the rushing of feet coming towards me from behind but before they could reach me everything went dark....

MIDORYIA'S POV:

I closed my eye. "I just hope we made the right decision..." I whispered under my breath. Before I knew it we were here. Funchu Prison....one of the most secure prisons in the world... I sighed and held Bakugo's hand. "This is it.." I kissed his forehead. "If I never see you again...just know...I-I love you.." He grabbed my chin forcing me to look at him. He had tears forming in the corners of his eyes. He began to speak when suddenly cops ran out forming a circle around us. "PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOU BACK AND GET ON THE GROUND!" The cops shouted. 

I clutched Katsuki's hand tight. "This is it.." I dropped to the ground placing my hands behind my back. The cops quickly ran over and hand cuffed me. I watched as the took Bakugo to a whole different side of the prison.  "Goodbye..."

~DA NEXT MORNING BITCHESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS (ps its still Deku's pov btw)

I had barely gotten any sleep last night. It was hard accepting my fault. I knew i wasn't going to win this trial not after everything I had done. Not even a miracle could save me now....

A guard approached my cell with a massive gun. He hit some sort of cup against the bars and started shouting. "WAKE UP YOU LITTLE BITCH!" I tiredly jumped down from my bunk onto the floor. My hands were cuffed in quirk proof cuffs. There was no turning back now. The guard opened the cell door and started escorting me down the halls. We arrived outside of a room. I looked at the door silently before it opened and I was pushed in. I managed to catch myself before I could fall. In the room there was a man in a tux with a pen and paper in his arms. He pointed to a seat across the table from him. I cautiously walked over and sat. Once I did the man sighed. "I'm sure you already know...but this is hopeless your never going to win this case." The man sighed again. "But because i'm forced to help you anyways i'll try my best even though its usless." I looked at the man with sad eyes. I knew there was no hope but those words still stung. I nodded showing him that I understood. He took of the cap to his pen and started asking me questions. Ya know like why did you become a villain why did you try to kill certain people what you would expect. Until he got to a certain question that really stuck out. "Why did you turn your self in you know your going to be executed couldn't you of just stayed with the villians and lived the high life." He asked curiously.

I sighed and shut my eyes. Once I reopened them tears had started to fall and my voice became a little shakey..."I didn't want to do it anymore...once Todoroki had confronted me and broke down crying it hit me. I had realized what I was doing was wrong...I didn't want to live that life anymore. So I decided that the best thing is to turn myself in...even if I die I'd be able to make better decisions in the after life..." Once I had finished answering the question the laywer looked completely taken back at my words. If you looked closely you could even see the shininess in his eyes. The tears forming. He stood up and pulled me into a hug. My eyes widened in shock. I wanted to cry so bad but apart of me just wouldn't let me. Once he released me from the hug he shook my hand and sniffled. "Even if there isn't a chance...I'll fight with all I've got and more!" I nodded thankfully as he walked away. I sighed and sat my head down on the table. "This was the right decision...I know it.."
