All of a sudden, I'm jolted forward. My eyes pop open, blurry from just waking up.
"WILLOW?" I shriek, trying to hold on to bark, my nails scraping wood.

Out of thin air, a long branch reaches for me, twisting around my waist. "WILLOW, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I yell, hitting the limb to release me.
It lifts me out of my sitting spot, outstretching itself to where I was nearly as tall as the tree itself.
"WILLOW, PLEASE STOP!" I cry.

The tree responds by throwing me downwards, into the hole that lead towards the Shrieking Shack.
But this time, the tunnel kept going, and going.
I scream, my voice echoing through the seemingly endless pit, roots and underground twigs snatching my clothes.

Finally, the passage came to an end, but strangely-
no Shrieking Shack to be found.
Only a hollow cave, with a table in the center, an almost seamless angelic beam falling down on it.
Hesitantly, I walk over to the hunk of wood, barely stepping over the line where light met darkness.

Sitting on the table, sat a note folded so that it stood, beside a plate that held a singular cauldron cake, yet this one was exponentially smaller, with baby pink and off-white frosting.

I look at the card mistrustfully, my finger tips barely touching paper as I grab it, examining it.
No writing on the front or back, just a blank cover.
Each of my hands grabbed a side of the card, unfolding it slowly.

"𝐸𝒶𝓉 𝓂𝑒."

My eyebrows furrow, glancing back and forth from the cauldron cake to the shiny gold words.
'Eat me? Why would I ever eat a random piece of cake from a stranger?' I roll my eyes at the naivety of the anonymous writer.

I peer around the room, checking every corner and crack of the room for clues.
'Ugh, nothing but more roots, dirt,- oh.'

In the wall opposite from me, stood a splintery old door, the size of a Cornish Pixie. Next to it stood a comedic "you must be this height to enter" sign, causing me to scoff. Hanging on the sign was a key the size of a dandelion stem.
'What a strange place this is..'

Finally, my brain connected the pieces together.
'The cake is enchanted to make me shrink.'

I look uneasily at the pastry in my palm, breaking off a mouse-sized crumb with my fingers, eating it.
Suddenly, my body feels tension all over as my clothes start to become sizes too large.
I grasp at the fabric across my chest, holding it against me as I continued to shrink.

I finally stop growing smaller, my clothing surrounding me like a circus tent.
I see my wand laying on the floor, just outside of my left sleeve.
'Reducio.'
My wand becomes a miniature size, flying into my hand.

I take the gigantic corner fabric of my hair scarf, ripping it with a quick charm, creating a flowing fairy-type dress.

I also transformed some fabric into ballet-like shoes, so I wouldn't have to wander uncharted territory barefoot.

Once finally dressed, I clambered my way out of my oversized clothes, walking towards the light-up sign

Once finally dressed, I clambered my way out of my oversized clothes, walking towards the light-up sign.
I grabbed the key, inspecting it before putting it into the keyhole, hearing the small 'click' the lock made.

I open the door, revealing-
