Only a few minutes later, Cuphead regained consciousness, He crawled out of the Elevator's ruble and immediately Pulled Mugman, whom was still unconscious out of the ruble as well.
"Mugs? mugs? Are you ok?" Cuphead held mugman in his arms, Mugman slowly opened his eyes, looking at cuphead
"....cuppy?..." Groaned mugman as he was groggily.
"Oh thank god your not dead!" Cuphead hugged his brother tighter, and Mugman hugged back.
"We need to get going! Alice took Boris, and I'm pretty sure Elder Kettle is freaking out right now!" Cups lets go of mugs and he then stands up, Mugman goes to stand up too, but instead falls backwards
"Ah!" Mugman kinda shouted, then all of the sudden, mugman's eyes went huge, filled with panic.
"Mugs? are you ok buddy?" questioned cuphead as he went to help mugs stand, Mugman just shook his head then pointed at his right leg, Cuphead raised and eyebrow then looked down at mugman's leg, only to find that it had a crack going all the way down to mugs foot, Preventing mugman from standing, or walking. Cuphead fell silent, then he grabbed a metal rod from the elevator's rubbish, and handed it to mugs, Cuphead then helped mugman stand, mugs was using the metal rod as support, kind of like a cane, he was able to stand now, and walk.
"Thank you, cups." Said mugman with a small smile, then it quickly turned to a frown.
"so... she took boris?" Sighed mugman
"yeah! so we need to go get boris back and escape this place!" Kinda shouted cuphead with determination.
"Ok.." Mugman was remembering what bendy had said earlier, then he shook his head
"We should get going then" Mugman said while he looked at his brother.
"Lets go." Cuphead said then the two walked down a large, and very obvious hallway.
The two came to a split path, Cuphead looked to his left and seen a door, that was missing an turn wheel to open it, he turned to mugs.
"You go left and wait there, i'll go right and look for something we could use to open that door." Said cups as he looked at mugs, mugman nodded then walked left still using the metal rod as support, then cuphead went right to look for something to help them open the door. As mugman was waiting he heard someone
"Psst! mugman!" said an unknown voice
"huh?" Said mugman as he look to his right, only to see bendy, in his normal form, climbing out of the wall.

"Shh! yer brother could hear us, and he's more likely to try attacking me triggering drew's possession" Whispered bendy as he removed his hand from mugman's mouth.
