Chapter 1-Meeting the first hybrid

Y/n pov:
i was walking home from my job at the hospital with my umbrella because it was raining, i have a car i just prefer to walk because my house is about a block away from my job. i was almost home when i noticed this cute little baby fennec fox hybrid he looked about 5 and he's absolutely adorable, he has an injured tail and right hand. i ponder over whether i should introduce myself first or tell him i'll help him first, i think a bit more and decide to say i'll help first yea, help first introduce second. i approached him slowly and softly, i asked him softly what his name is, "i-i'm Jeongin but prefer I.N please don't hurt me" he stutters out making my heart ache at the words i just heard from this cute little fox i reply "i won't hurt you honey i promise i just want to know if you will come with me so i can fix your wounds and you can stay with me until we find your forever home, so how about it?" he nods his head yes and stands up i hold his left hand sense his right is hurt   my house was about 10 minutes away from the old abandoned building i found him sitting by. we arrived at my house it's pretty big it has a room that fits 3 people, four rooms that fit 2 people and then the master bedroom, i don't really know why i have so many rooms but there is also a bathroom in each room then one downstairs and of course two or three closets in all except the master room, a pretty decent size kitchen/dining and lastly a large living room. i take him to the living room and set him on one of the two couches that i have in there and run to grab the first aid from the bathroom on the down stairs floor, when i came back wrapped his hand and tail then gave him some liquid tynol and sung a lullaby sending him to sleep.

~The next morning~
the sweet darling woke up while i was making breakfast i made eggs, bacon, toast, and fresh squeezed orange juice (sorry if you don't like or are allergic to oranges you can change it if you want) i said good morning to him and he waved back. i decided to introduce myself after we ate. "i'm sorry sweetie i forgot to introduce myself" "I'm y/n" "how are you feeling?" he waved and held up an okay sign, i nod my head and get up to wash the dishes. as i'm doing dishes i realize that's he needs new clothes and we need snack food, i turn around and ask jeongin if he wants to come to the store with me he looks up excitedly and nods with a huge smile plastered on his face like he had just won the lottery. so we hopped in the car and i realized i also need to get a car seat while we are there.

~At the store~
when we arrived at the store i would ask him do you like this he would nod yes or shake his head no as an answer we left the mall with a bag full of clothes. we then headed to a different store we got the car seat, groceries, and we were about to check out when for the first time in pretty much ever i.n tugged on my shirt and asked me using words not just pointing if he could get the giant chocolate bar, i looked at him and then the price then the candy and nodded yes he looked at me in disbelief and nodded his head too making sure he saw correctly i said yes and he ran to the cashier and gave it to her she smiled and waved to him as she added it to the grocery charge and handed it back to him. i paid and we left when we got in the car i assembled the car seat and he got in and sat down, as soon as i got in he shoved his candy to me asking me to open it for him with a cute little smile on his face i opened it and he broke a chunk off and handed it to me i thanked him. then by the time we got home he had half the chocolate ate and a tummy ache. we got the stuff and into the house.
