Chapter 5

Lisa's POV

One week had passed since me and my friends have some fun. I remember that night i got home drunk i am thankful that my friends with me and after that i spent most of my time at the ooffice and Tzuyu was always there with me and eversince we became closer and we always spent time with each other.

Jennie and I back to our old routine she will go to school and go home with Kai then she spend her time with me in our house.
But these past few days i barely spent my time with my friends since i am busy for my Photography contest i want to win this i heard there's a represantative coming from New York to be the judge and if they want your work they will be giving you a scholarship from their school that's why i'm taking this seriously.

Tomorrow is the competition and right now i'm so busy printing the picture that i'm going to submit i really hope i can win this or atleast they will like my pictures.

I was busy looking at the picture that already printed when one picture caught my attention i smile when i saw the picture of Jennie while sleeping in my room it was taken yesterday.

Everything about her is beautiful, her eyes, her nose, her lips, everything is perfect how i wished she was mine, i sighed and put the picture on my bag i will put it later on my scrapbook that is full of Jennie's picture.

I spend almost 2hrs in the office until i decided to go home. I was walking at the parking lot when i heard someone calling me and i know who that is.

"Lisa!" I turned around when i heard her voice and furrowed my brows since it's already 7pm and she's still here.

"Why are you here at this hour? Where's your boyfriend?" I asked she just smiled at me.

"Kai is on practice he wants me to wait for him but suddenly his coach told them to spent more time at gym" Jennie said while entering my car i sighed and followed her inside.

We remain silent until Jennie decided to speak.

"Are you excited for tomorrow?" She asked and i nodded my head while smiling.

"I'm excited but at the same time nervous" i said while my eyes still on the road.

"Don't be okay! You can win that competition and i'm going to be with you" she said and i look at her and gave her a smile.

"Are you going with them?" I asked, well audience is allowed to visit the competition i never expected her to be there since i know she's busy.

"Of course i don't like to miss your winning moment" she said and laugh.

"Okay then i'm expecting you there" i said, well i'm glad i can spent my time with her without Kai enterupting us.

Jennie's POV

"Oh Crap! I'm late" i immediately grab my things and about to run then sudenlly i bumped into someone, i look up and it was Kai.

"Babe what are you doing here?" I asked confusedly.

"Why are you on the rush?" He asked look at me.

Lisa's competetion will satrt at 2:30 and it's 2pm.

"I am going to Lisa's photography contest" I said and he forruwed his brows.

"Babe today is my game you promised me your going to watch me?" Kai pouted, ugh how can i forget this i sighed.

"Sorry i forgot what time is your game?" I hope it's after the photo competetion so i can go first to Lisa.

"2:30 babe, i already told you this last night!" He said, i cursed myself how can i forgot this ugh! I don't know what to do.
I really want to spend time with Lisa but what about Kai i took a deep breath and smile at Kai i know Lisa will understand me.

"Okay let's go! But i need to go home early!" I said, he gave me a smile and i smile back at him, he hold my hand while we started walking at the gym.

After the game i immediately go home and go straight to Lisa's house, i knock on the door and her mom open it for me i smile.

"Hey Jennie! Lisa is not yet here!" She said when we enter the house, i raised my brow coz' it's already 8pm and yet she's not here. Kai invited me to join the celebration of his team since they won earlier and i have no choice but to go with him.

"Uhm did you know where she go?" I asked, she walk to the kitchen and i followed her.

"She said she's going out with Tzuyu and your other friends! I thought your with them?" She asked i look down.

"I was about to but my boyfriend has a game earlier same time as her" i said her mom just nodded her head.

"Maybe i should talk to her tomorrow, thanks aunty good night" i said and walk to the door, i was about to open it but someone open it for me and it was Lisa.

I looked at her and i knew she's drunk, she look at me and smile bitterly.

"What are you doing here?" She coldly said, i was surprised she never talked to me that way.

"Uhmm i just wanted to talk to you!" I mumble she walk pass me and sat on the couch i followed her.

"There's nothing to talk about Jen go home i want to rest!" She was about to stand up but i hold her wrist. I know she's mad and i need to make it up to her i don't want her to be mad at me.

"Lis! Look i'm sorry i didn't mean to missed your competetion it's just that something came up" i said, i don't want to tell her that i missed her competetion beacause of Kai.

"Something came up or someone came?" She asked and chuckled.
"Look Jennie it's alright i understand but please i'm tired i want to rest" she said while rubbing her forehead. No i'm not gonna leave this house until she forgave me.

"No Lisa i know your mad i'm sorry please" She sighed and look at me but she didn't talk and walk straight to the stairs i immediately block her way.
I heard her groaned and i see a frustration in her eyes.

"What do you want?!!" She shouted and i flinch this is the first time That she shouted at me, her mom immediately runs towards us.

"LISA!!" Her mom shouted back and Lisa lowered her head.

I hold back the tears that threatening to fall down but i failed.

"I thought nothings gonna change if we already found someone in our lives? But look at you you've changed Jennie and i don't know you anymore" she said and leave me there crying, her mom run towards me and gave me a hug.

"I'm sorry for what she did, just go home Jennie i will talk to her" her mom said and i just nodded my head.

I walk out from their house and i run to our house once i enter i immediately run to my bedroom since i don't want my parents to see me like this.

Once i enter my room i immediately hug the stuffed toy she gave on my birthday i look at her window and i saw her lying on the bed while her mom is talking to her. I don't know why but i feel my heart breaks when she said that words to me i know i'm wrong and i promised to her but i broke it.

Ever since me and Kai got together i didn't join our squad for lunch i'm always with Kai and his friends, I sighed and stared at the ceiling i think of how i can make it up to Lisa i don't want this arguement became worst.

"I'll make it up to you my Lili i'm sorry" i talk the stuffed toy and hug it tight as if it was Lisa.
