The awesome song above/to the side is irrelevant.
Yes! Another test completed and another 100% achieved.
I wish.
I rushed through the test, not knowing anything there, and ended up getting a D+. I know it's not that bad but- who am I kidding, my moms probably going to flip out at me.
The bell rang and I quickly jumped out of my seat, trying to avoid the glare Ms. Vaders was giving me. She doesn't really like me, as you can tell. I ran down the halls and got to my locker, grabbing my books as fast as I could and stuffing them into my backpack. As I was walking down the hallway to the exit, I banged straight into Matthew, my best friend.
"MATTHEW! Watch where you're going, idiot!" I walked around him and heard him whispering about how 'hormonal' and 'weird' I'm acting. I continued to walk to the exit and when I was outdoors I ran over to the soccer field. I sat on my regular bench and grabbed my test and some liquid whiteout from my backpack. I start whiting out the D, leaving the plus there so I could make it look like a A+. After I finished whiting out the x's and corrections, started erasing all of my answers and writing in the correct ones with the help of my history book. I knew my mom wouldn't look too closely at my test but just in case she did I tried to make the white out look unnoticeable.
"MAKENZIE!" I jumped and dropped my whiteout and test when I heard Alex call for me. "YOU COMING?!" He ran over and sat next to me, out of breath.
"Someone's not in shape." He didn't even bother glaring at me. "But ya, I'm coming. Where to this time?"
"Austin's..."
"Aww come on Alex! You know I hate his guts! Why his house again? There's other places to go to do some drugs!" I whined at him. I hate Austin, he's a player and has no respect for anyone.
"But he's the only one who has the stuff! And he won't give me any unless I go there with you!" I groaned and face palmed. Why do I have to there again.
"Fine, just this once." Alex side hugged me, silently thanking me. "BUT, I'm not going there again. He's too fucking weird."
"You're already addicted, you'll wanna go there all the time."
"No I'm not, screw that! I'll find another dealer." He laughed and rolled his eyes.
"You'll find a dealer who gives weed for free? Cigarettes too?" I glared at him even though he was right.
"Fine, I'll go, but only when you need me too. Deal?" We shook hands and he started dragging me to his car. We didn't say a word until we got on, him in the drivers seat and me in the passengers.
"When's your birthday?" I looked at him like he was insane but he didn't see since he was looking everywhere for his keys.
"Uhh October seventh..."
"What's today?"
"September twentieth, why?"
"Will you bail me out of jail on October eighth?" I stared at him, again, as if he was insane, and this time he was staring straight at me.
"Sure?" I shrugged and he gave me a huge smile. He turned and started the car and started driving to Austin's house. "Wait, why?"
"Don't ask, but you won't have to go to Austin's house for awhile."
