It had been a week since Jin's big fashion debut. I had missed Suga and Jungkook more than anything now. I've never been separated from either of them for this long.

Today was gloomy and rainy out; the clouds were a dark gray, along with the occasional blue cloud. I looked out a small window to see puddles forming from potholes in the road. My inner child never fading, I wanted to play in the puddles and in the patches of mud. I thought about asking Jin about doing so, but I decided to think a little bit more about the rain. Rain has always fascinated me - I wasn't sure why. I remember the kids at school always found it weird that I liked the rain. "It's just water falling from the sky!" "You know, H2O?" "I doubt you would know." I generally disregarded this, for I was more interested in the science and how it happened.

I found Jin upstairs going through what I had presumed was junk. "Jin..." I called quietly. He turned and smiled at me. "Ye?" Jin answered. Sitting down next to him, I laid my head in his lap. "Why don't you guys let Jungkook and I go outside much?" I questioned innocently. He made a settle face. "I'm not really sure..... I didn't see you two as kids who really like to do things like that." I considered Jin's response legitimate. "If I put on old clothes, can I play in the mud? Childish, I know, but it's been quite a while..." Jin chuckled and rubbed my hand. "Of course you can. The air out there is probably better than in here anyways." I smiled, but began to frown. "I miss them, Jin. It's not the same without them. Do you think they'll come back soon?" Jin sighed. "I miss them too, but I don't know when they'll come back. They will, for sure, but who knows when." I nodded, accepting what he had said.

Jimin found me some rainboots, and I was on my way outside. He sat on a chair under a covered awning that kept him fairly dry. We were on the side of the massive building and not many people were out. The air was infact different out here. It was crisp and refreshing, especially with the fresh smell of rain. I saw a couple chipmunks and stray cats, trying to find food for their tiny bodies. "Some of those animals are very thin." I frowned. Jimin nodded and said, "I have noticed over the years." Jimin was calm and easy today. Across the street, a very small kitten whined from inside an empty soup can. The mother of the kitten lurked around the can, but then hit it forcefully with her paw, and left. I gasped, being confused why the mother had just done such a thing. "Jimin~ Did you see that?" I asked sadly. "Did I see what?" I frowned. "That can over there, has a small kitten in it, and the mother just completely rejected it!" The kitten remained in the can, yet looked around wih its big round eyes. "Really? What kind of mother is that...Go get it and bring it over here." Jimin suggested. "You want me to go get it? Is that okay?" I was hesitant, but in reality, I did really want to go save it. "Ye. Its okay." I looked to the abandoned creature. I checked to make sure it would be safe to go get it, and I did. Carefully, I looked at the kitten. It didn't see me as a predator, so I picked up it's home of a can and took back with me. It meowed quietly. "Come here little baby~ Awwwwe look at you." Jimin cooed when I handed him the can. It slowly crawled out of the can, yet it was shy. "Here, how about you go get a medium sized tub and fill it with warm but shallow water. Add some dish soap, and bring out towels. We'll give him a little bath." Jimin smiled and I nodded. I ran inside. "I found a stray kitten and it's mother abandoned it!" I yelled. Hoseok came to see what I was yelling about. "I need a medium sized tub, warm shallow water, dish soap, and towels, STAT!" I directed. "Alright then." Hoseok helped me get what I needed. "Can we keep it?" I questioned. "Only if you're going to take care of it." Jin said from behind me. "Wow really!?" I couldn't believe it! I took all of the materials back outside to my new kitten. "Jimin! Guess what Jin said!?" I exclaimed. "What?" Jimin looked up at me. "He said we can keep him as long as I take care of him! And I promise I will! I really will!" I giggled from excitement. "That's great! Let's get him cleaned up first. We'll find him a collar and everything." Jimin  nodded. He put the kitten in the tub of water and dish soap. It sat, but meowed and looked a little frightened. "Don't worry little- what will I name you?" I whispered kneeling down to him. I thought. "Should his name be Cheolsoo? I kinda like that." Jimin suggested. "Cheolsoo? I like it! Cheolsoo, the kitten." He had already seemed to be responding to his name. "His nickname can be Cheollie." Jimin chuckled. "Cheolsoo, welcome to our home." I rubbed some water over him and he purred. "Little surprises like you are great." I smiled.
