Asake was awaken by her mother's voice
" Asake is it not time to wake up,or will I be the one to clean for you"? Mama asake asked.
" Good morning mummy,I am already awake ,am coming" asake answered her mother. Her mother went back to what she was doing.
Asake is the only child of Mr and Mrs Azeez. As an only child,she is left to take care of the house chores whenever she is home on vacation which can be very exhausting.
She will be going back to school the next day because she will be resuming new semester in the University of Lagos.
She is reading mass communication,and want to work in tv stations,she is in her final year.
Her mother Mrs Azeez, popularly known as mama asake ,runs a provision store,which asake helps her whenever she is around.
She follows her mother to the shop that morning to help her and also collect her provisions for school and buy foodstuffs in the market with the money her father gave to her.
By 8,they closed the shop so she can prepare for school.
