               ~Outers pov~

This is a never before seen type of thing. The destroyer of worlds, crying? But, maby he isn't that bad, right now, he just looks like someone who got dragged through hell by the neck and back.

"I-i will t-tell you..."

~o boi a flashback~

It was an average day in the underground. Birds were singing, flowers were blooming. But days like these, must always be just a fantasy. Because, out of nowhere, the ground started shaking.  Rocks were falling on houses, kids were screaming as they got stuck under the falling rocks, people were dying. I ran to find my brother, he was helping people who got crushed by the rocks. "Papyrus! Lets go!"
"Sans, i cant! They need help!"
"Paps, its too late! Lets go!"
"Sans i-"
"Papyrus! We need to get to the king!"
"..."
"Papyrus!"
"Alright...."
And with that, we started running. But..... Something was...off... The rocks that were falling were....disintegrating...?
Then, i felt pain. So, so much pain... I screamed in agony as i fell to the floor. Speaking of which, the floor was also disintegrating.....into....codes?
I look to Papyrus as he picks me up and starts running.
"dont worry, Sans! I will get doctor Alphys! She will help!"
We keep running, we were almost out of Snowdin, but a the path we needed to use to excape was fading into codes. Then i felt pain jolt through my body once more. I screamed as the pain usurped my body. It was unbearable. On the other side of the path, we saw Undyne.
"You all need to get away from there!"
"We cant! And somethings wrong with Sans!"
"I have an idea!"
Undyne pulls out one of her yellow spears and aims it in our direction. "Papyrus, im going to toss this at you, your going to need to grab it, ok?"
Papyrus nods his head.
"Tell sans to hold on!"
The pain was leaving my body.
"ok."
"Three... Two....One!"
Undyne throws the spear and papyrus quickly grabs onto it.
The spear changes direction and heads towards her. As soon as were on land, she grabs Papyrus by the hand and starts running.
Soon enough, we reach hotland. It's better here. The pain comes back. I scream once again. Its even worse this time. Then i black out. When i wake up, we are in the throne room with Alphys, Mettaton, and Asgore. Its a little better here, but the ground is disappearing at a fast rate. Im laying on the golden flowers, and nobody is happy. "S-s-sans?"
"Yeah, alph?"
"I-i d-d-dont think that....t-that... I...im...." she doesn't have much time to talk before the ground is almost completely gone. We are all on the edge. Litiraly. "Brother i, i love you. I-im scared....but it-its fine Sans..."
"Im gonna miss you punks... Wherever i go.... I will remember you."
"I should've been a better person. I really should have. I wish i could be a better king, a better husband.....a better father... But.... I hope i will get to see my family again..."
"I-i-i d-didnt e-expect to d-die l-like.... T-t-this....."
We all move as far into the wall as we can...
".....i...dont know what to say...
But i love you all..." i say sadly.
Our feet are hanging off the edge...
"*hic* U-u-undyne....i..."
"I know Alphys.... I love you..."
"Undyne....Alphys...Asgore....Sans....Im scared..."
Asgore nods solomly.
"Tori...Asriel...Chara...Im coming... I hope you all dont hate me..."
The ground has completely disappeared.
I dont want to die.... I grab onto the small ledge that's left, then only. White

-end of flashback-

My eyes have never been wider. If it was possible, my jaw would have fell to the floor.
I look to Chara to see they have tears in there eyes.

"O-oh god... Im... So sorry."
I say, feeling very bad for the destroyer.

Chara wipes away the tears that were threatening to fall.
"Im really sorry... Can you tell us why you destroy...?

He nods.
"The multiverse is like a notebook. The pages are how much room you have for AUs.
If there are to many AUs, the multiverse will have no point anymore. So the pages will be ripped out. Even if its the only AU of that kind, or even if its the original. If the AUs touch, they will collapse. If there are too little AUs, the multiverse will collapse. I fight to stop that... But its gotten so hard... I dont think i can keep up..."

I feel guilt creeping up my spine. Ink wasn't the hero we thought... So is Error the hero...?

"I understand...." Chara says sadly.

Error looks to her. "Huh?"

"I said i understand... To loose your family....to be the only one truely living... To not want to die, but later wishing that you had."
She starts to cry a bit.

"S-so..... *hic* your not alone.... Ok?"

"T-thank you, Chara. But i need to tell you both something."

"Yes?"

Error sighs.
"The multiverse is going to fall soon. All the AUs, everything."

Chara jumps up. "What? Why?"

"I was ambushed recently this month, and once again today. I was unable to do my job, and im not going to be able to. The balance is not stable. And there isn't much time...."

==yee! I really like how this is going! I hope you liked this too!
Tbh, i feel that this ship needs more attention. There is barley anything for it.
