Norman spoke, defending his friend as he didn't want Don to begin to yell at him. After all they still needed to be quiet so they didn't alert anyone else of this meeting.
"Then Ray, you knew what was going to happen to Conny that day?"
Don got up, walking around the table over to the other two boys in the group.
"Emma and Norman, you both tried to trick us and take us into a world full of enemies? You all even got [N/n] to go along with it too!?"
The male then began laughing, Gilda having the opposite response of simply covering her mouth. The girl still being in shock after what they've been told- along with what Don was saying as well.
Emma looked confused at Don, not seeing the reason he was laughing. Norman himself looked down for a minute- feeling ashamed before he was swiftly punched in the cheek by Don.
"You're kidding me!"
"Hey, Don!"
Ray tried to come in, only resulting in Don swinging around to punch him as well. Both males were on the floor, after receiving their own punches. Don then walked up to Emma, grabbing her collar and lifting his fist to hit her as well. Though he couldn't do it.
"Don"
"Are we that much of a burden? Are we that weak and useless to you that you feel you need to protect us?"
Emma gasped, shocked at what the male was saying. There was no way any of them thought that- but it had hurt the girl that they came off like that.
