I could hear fuzzy voices all around me. Where am I, I thought. I tried to open my eyes, but with great difficulty. When I did, I saw a fuzzy creature luring over me. I quickly let out a loud gasp, only to have a furry paw placed over my mouth.
"Hey! SHUSH!" The figure spoke in a scratchy voice.
I tried blinky to see more clearly, but things were still a blur. The one thing I could make out was the creature's red eyes staring directly at me. The creature itself looked either black or real dark blue, but I was having trouble telling.
"What is going on here!?" A loud voice rang out.
The figure in front of me seemed to get nervous all of a sudden, and quickly told me to act like I was asleep. I did as I was told, but still tried to get my eyes to clear up. I stayed still, and heard rusting noises, and loud footsteps. I continued to blink, finally getting my eyes used to the bright lights.
I slowly glanced around, taking in my surroundings.
Right away, I saw a huge door in front of me. I squinted and could see what looked like scratch marks in what looked like blood. I slowly turned my head saw a puddle of purple liquid, and then saw some silver looking pieces in it. Turning my head to the right, I saw creatures.
Creatures that didn't looked like they belonged anywhere but a story book. Or better yet, a science fiction book. They all had either one or more eyes. None of them had two eyes. Some of them had giant wings, each feather looked sharp to the touch.
The entire place had an eerie feel to it. The place was slightly dark in certain areas. I didn't know where I was, but all I did know, was that I didn't belong here. All of a sudden, I heard two voices heading into my direction. I then lowered my head and turned it so the people or monsters walking to me wouldn't see that I was awake.
The loud, heavy footsteps stopped by my head.
"Is she dead?"
A foot then came into contact with my side, and I tried not to flinch. Whoever kicked me, had a hard kick.
"She didn't move so I am assuming so."
"But what if she isn't? Boss would kill us if she wasn't."
"I don't know about you, but I for one, don't want blood on my hands." The figure made a snarling sound.
"Fine! If she isn't dead and boss finds out, it's all YOUR fault!" The other one hissed at it's companion.
I suddenly felt myself being lifted up by the one, and then set on a white sheet. I was then covered with a black sheet, and carried off. The material was a little bit see through, so I could make out a little bit off what objects we passed by, but couldn't see much detail.
Whoever were carrying me, finally stopped. I heard a door being unlocked and a light being turned on.
"One...two...THREE!"
As soon as one them got to three, I could feel myself being thrown into the air. I had no clue what was going to happen, but I braced myself for a hard fall. I soon hit the ground, but I landed on a old creaky mattress. It groaned under my sudden added weight.
I heard the lightswitch being flicked off. Then, the door closed and I was left in darkness with a sheet covering me.
All a sudden, I could hear growling coming from all around me. The sounds only seemed to be getting louder as more seconds when by.
Three minutes had probably gone by, but it seemed like it had been longer. Just then, I heard a growl coming from right beside me. I blinked under the sheet, and then I felt something tugging at my leg.
I didn't want to risk being heard, so I couldn't scream. All I could do was sit there, and allow whatever the creatures were surrounding me, gnaw at my leg. I closed my eyes and then I heard the growling stop immediately. Only to be replaced by whimpers and the sounds of scurrying sounds.
The sheet was suddenly yanked off me.
