Sick

Doyoung's POV

I pressed the doorbell beside the door and I was cold and freezing. After what happened hours ago couldn't get off my mind. I can't believe they did this to me

Soon the door opened showing Soovin with her pajamas, I looked at her with her eyes shocked and call my name, I wanted to hug her so I did

I dropped my bags and hug her tight like I don't want to let her go "noona..." I called she caressed my back to make me feel better but I just cried to her shoulders and didn't say anything

She told me to come in first so I could tell her what happened. I sat at the sofa and look around it was cozy, warm and I feel safe

"Tell me what happened" she sat at the single sofa across me and faced me worriedly

"I...I got abandoned, I didn't know what to do...I just saw my things outside the house and saw a letter beneath it was from my parents who left, they said that they're going to london it where their parents live and they decided to stay there...forever. They don't want me to come because their parents don't know that they have me so they left me here with nothing not even a penny or the house, they left me with nothing" I cried again and covered my face..I didn't see this coming

Then I felt someone hugged me and caressed my shoulders

"shhh...it's gonna be okay I'm here don't worry, you can let out that feeling you have in your chest" I hugged her and cried so hard, I may look like a baby but this just make me feel so broken...I always thought that someday, they'll see me as their son but I was wrong, they abandoned me like as if they don't care what will happen to me. I don't know if I should hate them because they didn't really treat me great ever since I live with them. I was just a trash, they treated me like a slave but I don't even get much money. Yes, they do pay me but it wasn't enough for my daily expenses

Do you think ₩10 is enough for 2 weeks? My father works at the famous Company and Mother works at a theater, yet they don't give me money that will be enough to buy my needs

One day I helped an old woman from her small cart that is heavy then she gave me money and it was too much, I refused but she insisted so I gave in and got the money it was enough for my one month. I even treat Euinie out for a date and also Soovin. But of course it didn't last.

Maybe I should find a job and an apartment..starting today I'm going to be an independent

I then soon fell asleep on Soovin's shoulders...

Soovin's POV

Hearing my brother tell me what happens aches my heart if I shouldn't have left him with those family this is not happening to him...I made a mistake!

I hugged him and feel his tears on my shoulders he was hot when he hugged me earlier and now he feels like he's burning

Is he sick?How long is he outside their house!?He needs to be treated

I looked at him and he already fell asleep and he's sleeping like a cute baby and I can't help but cry too...no. This is not the time for crying he's sick. I wiped my tears and slowly lay him at the sofa, standing up and got a wet towel to put on his forehead

He was heavily breathing and red..I hope his temperature go down soon

I slept at the opposite sofa so I could check out on him immediately if something happens then I fell asleep

It was already morning so I made a pancake for me and Doyoung and even bought a medicine for him to take after he eat

I cheked out if he's already awake but no, so I started eating on my own and texted Euinie that I won't be able to go to school today. I was thinking twice if I should text Minho too but in the end I didn't..Euinie would tell them anyways

I finished my food but Doyoung is still asleep, should I wake him up?nah he needs some rest. I thought about having a bath while Doyoung is still sleeping so maybe I could find a job today already since I'm not going to school anyways

Closing the door and went to the kitchen seeing Doyoung eat in hunger...he must be really tired and didn't ate last night

"how's your temperature?you were burning hot so I put a towel on you" I sat across him

"Gone, I guess" he said and chewed some pancakes with maple syrup. I don't believe him so I reached for his forehead and It was not hotter than before but he still need to take medicine

I took the medicine that I bought and fetch a glass of water for him "here, you're a little bit hot so take it then you'll feel good"

He nodded "Thank you so much noona, I don't know why are you doing this like why do you care so much but thank you, I appreciate it" he smiled a little and I just nodded

"I'm really sorry if I disturbed you early in the morning, I just don't know where to go..." he looked away for me not to see his face "its okay...its you anyways so it doesn't matter. If you need me i'll be there" I stand up and fetch some water for my self...I don't want him to see me forcing my self not to cry

I wish I was always there for him, if I just knew his state I will get him from that family...

"so where are you going?we have school right?" ah right I need to go "what time is it anyways?..I should go to school"

"ten past" I answered "What!?" he almost got chocked "yes and I already told Euinie about your absence so she could tell the teachers and mine too, you should rest"

"okay...so where are you going?" he asked again "I'm going to find a part time job..I just thought that I need to earn my own money to support my self" I went to the door wearing my shoes and I found Doyoung staring at me like he wants to ask something

"you should stay and rest" I opened the door to make my step outside "I know you have nowhere to go so you could stay here, there's another room upstairs you can have it" after I walk outside the door I opened the gate and soon to close it but then Doyoung ran up to me and hugged me again so tight but this time I can't breathe

"Thank you noona!!!" he even jumped, oh my this boy really

"Doyoung let me breathe and set me free will ya?" I tied speaking so he could hear "oops sorry" he smiled cheekily. Now that's the Doyoung I know.

"You're welcome Doyoung, now I need to go, and you go back inside and rest" he nodded like stupid and waved goodbye at me with a smile plastered on his face, I chuckled and left him there waving
