Good karma.
If you help someone, by helping them clean, organize, read, color, draw, hell, you can even help someone by telling them that they aren't alone, then there will be good karma.
Good Karma is when you help someone, and then since you helped them out, it will come back to you. Maybe it won't be obvious, but it will.
