Chapter 18

Chapter 18 | Dancing under the sparkling dust

I smiled as I stare at the mirror. White skirt with a black and white sweater. My hair in a braid. Simple makeup is used for my face. Rose cheeks, baby pink lips.

[I'm already done, meet ya at the park]<

I turned off my phone as I took my purse and made my way outside. I drove to the park as I scan the area. Luckily, it only took me 2 minutes to find him. He's wearing a blue ripped jeans with a blue and white polo. Cute.

Woozi noticed my car and he waves his hands in the air. I giggle to myself and drove next to him. The car door opens as a smiling Woozi appears.

"You look pretty"he said, sitting in the passenger's seat

"Well thanks. You look nice too"I said, smiling like an idiot. I started the car and drove to where we were going. The aquarium. Along the way, we joked and laughed. Woozi tells something funny and I did the same. We apparently got to our destination. I got off the car and Woozi did the same.

"Lets go?"he asked which I replied with a nod. We walked in as the whole room shows different kinds of sea creatures. Jellyfish, dolphins, fishes, and even sharks. It's like I'm in heaven. Do I like sea creatures before I had an amnesia? Cause I'm ecstatic just by walking down the hallway.

"Wow"I mumbled

"Look, mommy! A dolphin show!"the little girl beside me said to her mom. I looked up to see people watching a dolphin show

"Woozi, can we watch??? Please???"I asked

"Ok"

I jumped up and down and ran to the dolphin show. People were happy watching the dolphin do flips and commands.

"WOW!!!"

"AMAZING!"

The man who was commanding the dolphin looked at me and smiled"you! Can you come closer, please"he shouted causing me to follow

"Ok, wave your hand side to side and see what happens"

I waved my hand side to side as the dolphin follows the movement of my hand"wow~"I giggled and moved my hand in a circular motion. The dolphin twirls as it was making a cute sound"aw~"

"Thanks for your participation ma'am"he said. I take my leave and went up to Woozi"did you see that? Cool right?"

"I don't know who I find cute. You or the dolphin?"he said. I playfully punched his arm and began walking

"Look! Cute sea animal stuff toys!'I said, smiling. I ran up to the stand as I was greeted by the young lady"what do you want ma'am?"

I scan the stuffed animals as a cute little penguin caught my attention"Woozi look! Cute isn't it??"I asked, holding the stuffed animal

"It looks like you...I want to buy this please"he said to the girl

"Ok, that'll be xxxxx won"

Woozi took out his wallet and pays the girl while I hug the cute penguin"I'm gonna name it cuddles"I said. Something caught my eye in one of the stuff toys and it was in a box. In the box were keychains with different kinds of sea creatures attached to it.

I took the pink dolphin keychain"it's cute. I'm gonna buy another one so that we can have matching keychains"I took the blue dolphin and gave it to Woozi

"I'm gonna attach this to my phone"he said and attached his keychain to his phone. I did the same on my phone and smiled. I opened my phone only to see me and Woozi at an amusement park, wearing cute cat headbands. Then, the memory comes back to me. This was my first date with Woozi.

I smile and turned off my phone"Ok! Where to next?"

"Well that was fun"I said, laughing

Woozi chuckles and spoke"I heard that they'll blow up some fireworks--"

Boom

"Wow!~"I said in amusement as the sky bursts with different kinds of colours. Shining and sparkling in the sky. Small shiny particles fell down from the sky. A star shaped, sparkly dust.

"I heard that if you make a wish with that dust. It'll come true"

I turn around to find Woozi, smiling. But there's something in his smile. Sadness and defeat. Why is he sad? Tears was about to form in his eyes when I spoke.

"Don't cry, Lee Jihoon"

Woozi looks up and smiles"you..remember my full name"

I giggled and stared at the fireworks as the sparkly dusts fall from the sky"I haven't gave you my answer right?"

"Yeah"

I chuckled as the memories are coming back to me again"I...like you Lee Jihoon. I don't know why. This all started by me trying to talk to you. Trying to be friends with you. And the time I met a sasaeng. Everyday I wondered. How can I get close to him?"I inhaled deeply"there I didn't knew that I got this close to you. I love you, Lee Jihoon"

Boom

The last firework blew as the shiny, small particles follow but this time. It's colour gold. Woozi smiles as he catches a small star"I wish...I can be with the girl I love...forever"he said and blew the star. He stares deeply into my eyes and leans closer, only to kiss me. Like before, it was like a feather. Gentle but yet, passionate. His hands made its way up to my waist as my hands touches his chest.

He let's go but still attached his forehead to mine"you're finally mine"

"Yeah...I am"

Sorry for the short chapter t-t

Tbh I was listening to music with my earphones while re-reading this chapter if there's errors and then seventeen's OST '9-Teen' plays in my phone and it really goes well with the chapter and when I finished reading the chapter, the song ended too.
