'count to ten', she told herself. 'close your eyes, count to ten, and maybe it'll be gone.' she closed her eyes and just as quickly opened them again. it was real; and it wasn't going away. slowly, she raised the flashlight and directed to beam towards the evil entity slouching to the left of the doorway. tears began streaming at an even faster pace and she let out a quiet sob. she was beyond scared; pushing her mind over the edge. hell bound. the clown didn't move, it didn't even blink for god's sake. just stood there, glaring at her as she sank even harder into the conner of the room. she had only gone to the house to prove that he wasn't real, oblivious to the danger she had put her self in. she was so convinced that he wasn't real that she didn't just stood there, glaring at her as she sank lower into the conner  of the room. she had only gone to the house to prove that he wasn't real, oblivious to the danger  she had put her self in. she was so convinced that he wasn't real that she didn't think to look in the phone book to call any of the other losers, asking, no; begging for them to investigate the house with her. she pulled her fathers gun closer to her chest as well as the flashlight. she began hiccuping as tears rolled down her checks. it took a step; she let out a loud sob, quickly putting a stop to it within seconds. "want a balloon y/n?" it asked, taking another step as he held the balloon between two fingers. she shook her head quickly and tried to push herself farther back into the conner as she let out another loud sob. "it'll help you float y/n," it grinned. "i don't wanna float! i don't wanna!" she screamed. "i'll kill you! i'll fucking kill you!" he laughed at her empty threats as she continued to cry. "you can play with all the other children; so many friends," he drooled. "nuh-no," she raised her hand that held the gun, using the other to wipe her eyes. with adrenaline finally kicking in she yelled... "i'm scared but i swear, i swear to what ever the hell is up there, that i'll kill you," her nose began running and she held her hand on the trigger, unaware that she had left the bullets in the basket in her bike. she pulled the trigger expecting a booming sound to ring around her ears. but... nothing. the restrain of the trigger was unbelievable to her. the clown cackled in delight ✿lmao✿. 'what do i do? i'm going to die!' she stood up shaking and stumbling. reaching into her back pocket, she never took her eyes off the clown. "i'll shoot you! i got some wicked bullets in my pocket you fucker," she glared. reaching into her back pocket she smirked as she felt around the packet of 'dr.whacky's sneezing powder' richie had given her for her last birthday. "that's it clown... come closer and i'll blow your head of" she bellowed. he delicately lowered his head to the rim of the gun. she could hear richies voice playing in her head; "this is it ladies and gents, her grand escape from pennywise the dancing clown!" ripping open the packet with her teeth she threw it at the clown, avoiding it as it fell over in a sneezing heap. she sprinted out of the room thanking the gods for her parents making her run track for so many years. running down the stairs she jumps the last three. barley making it off the porch without falling, she ran out to her bike and loaded the gun before hopping on her big bike. she peddled in frustration as she began rolling down the street. pennywise staring from the steps as he let her bike away. "she could become... useful," he cackled.
