figuring that she was about 3 minutes from that wretched house, y/n stood on her peddles to get going at a better pace. the bike teetered side to side as she leaned forward for more leverage. one of her biggest fears was that she would one day lean to far to one edge and she would tip over as her brains feel absque onto the sidewalk as the birds would feast on it in the morning , and honestly she had the highest chance of doing so today. pumping her legs harder and harder, the chilly night air did not seem so cold. opting to look behind her, she glanced and soon regretted it as she had missed her drive way. swerving her bike into the yard she toppled over into the glass. pushing the bike off her leg she let out a light laugh as she took hold of the new glass stains on her new shirt. she ran up to the front door and fished the key out of her pocket. she stepped into the silent house as she closed the door gently. she let out a sigh and leaned against the door as she stood on her tip toes avoiding all creaky spots on the floor. she returned her fathers gun to his office and raced up the stairs to her room. collapsing onto her bed she turned on her lamp. "mothers going to have my head on the wall if they find out about this," she laughed as she stared at the light.
