SOMEWHERE IN ITALY, JEONGIN AND FELIX'S APARTMENT.

"It's just two months," Felix says, he has his eyebrows knitted and blankets in his hands. Last minute cleaning was what was happening. Jeongin groans, pushing the bowl of cereal in front of him.

"Two months is 62 days- That's a lot!" Call him dramatic, but he did not sign up for another roommate for the next two months. "Come on Innie, it's just my brother! He's quiet, I swear- you won't even notice he's there." Felix kicks the loose papers from his assignment under the couch, he doesn't care.

He never does.

Jeongin just sighs and shakes his head- leaning over the counter to turn on the radio, only to be stopped by a knock at the door.

"My brother!" Felix freezes, throwing the blankets into his room, rushing for the door. Jeongin just rolls his eyes.

Felix animatedly opens the door, squealing when met with a rather pale male. He brings his arms around the male, who had a luggage behind him and a backpack on his.. back.

"Hey lil' brother!"  It was as if Jeongin forgot Felix was Australian, hearing the thick accent surprised him. Jeongin watches from his seat, gnawing on the inside of his cheek.

They reminded him of his own brothers back in Busan, he misses them.

"Chan, my roommate Jeongin!" Jeongin does not understand any English, but he hears his name and that's enough for him to get off the seat to walk to the doorway with a blank expression, blinking innocently. "He doesn't understand English, so you'll have to speak Korean.

Jeongin huffs, the language barrier is kind of annoying.

"Oh, well.. Hi there! I'm Chan," Chan extends his hand, showing a welcoming smile towards Jeongin.

Oh, so he does speak Korean.

"Hello.. My name is Jeongin." Jeongin gives a small smile, accepting the handshake. "I'll uhh- help you with your bags.. " Both Felix and Chan move inside the apartment, Jeongin moves past Chan to drag the luggage inside.

"You'll be sharing the closet with me and you'll sleep on the couch, the apartment isn't big enough for a guest room-" Felix continues with the plan as Jeongin pushes the luggage into Felix's room.

Jeongin leans on the doorway, listening to Felix's conversation with his brother- or rather he's observing the male's looks- what? at least he's honest!

Chan was clearly built, he had worn a sleeveless shirt and shorts; it definitely proved it to Jeongin. Kind of made Jeongin feel small compared to him.

"Jeongin?" Felix called out to Jeongin worriedly, snapping the latter back into reality.

"Chan's hungry, so I was wondering we three could bring him to the restaurant down the street?" Jeongin was not sure if it was an invitation or a seek for better options, Jeongin just shrugs. "Sure, why not."

Jeongin notices how close they are as he walks closely behind them, listening to them converse excitedly in English as he just wonders what they are talking about. Chan often ruffles Felix's hair  as the younger talks to him about something exciting.

It dawns on him how lonely he is.

It's been a year and a half since he's moved from Korea to Italy, yet all the people he hangs out with are Felix and Felix's friends. He hasn't made any friends of his own. He knows it'll be the same situation with Chan. Chan will just be another friend he made due to Felix.

Dinner was torture.

Seeing Felix and Chan catch up in Korean- an attempt to not make the youngest feel left out. Jeongin just shoves the pasta down his throat. He wants to go home.

"So, what are you studying, Jeongin?" Jeongin's mouth slightly opens at the sudden question Chan asks him when Felix leaves to go to the restroom. "Korean literature, you?" He rubs his arms up and down, did it suddenly get chilly? No. He just often does it when he's nervous. "Music. It started out as a hobby then I started to take it seriously." Chan nods with a gentle smile. Jeongin sucks a deep breath in and just nods. "Hey! What were you guys talking about?"

"Goodnight." Jeongin tells them as he slips into his room, watching Chan get comfortable on the rather hard couch.

It was at midnight, when Jeongin went for a late bathroom trip that he realised Chan was freezing. The living room tends to get cold late at night.

No one but himself knows that he walked back to his room to grab a blanket.

He forgot he had to pee.
