Part 4: Just One of the Boys

~~Millie's POV~~

     "UNO!! YOU SUCK MILLIE!" Sadie screamed so loud I'm sure the whole city could hear her. "It's 6-3 Millie, I thought you were gonna be better." "Okay how about one more round, if I win, you have to do whatever I want, if you win, I have to do whatever you want. Deal?" "Dea-" a knock came from the door. "Mills? Can we come in?" It was Finn talking. I assumed he was with Gaten, Noah, and Caleb also. "Uh, sure come in." Finn walked in with everyone else, they were smiling until they saw who was sitting across from me. "Woah, you're roommates with the dyke Millie?" "I'm not gay asshole." Finn sneered. "Finn just lay off, okay?" I stood up facing him. "What are you her bodyguard now?" He chuckled and punched my arm. "No you're just being an- you're just being kinda rude." "Whatever Mills, so what's going on here? We brought some stuff from the counselor's secret cabin in the woods." Caleb grinned while pulling out 2 bottles of vodka out of his seemingly invisible backpack. "Oh um I don't drink," Sadie said cautiously. "Oh why not? Scared you'll do something you'll regret?" Caleb was eyeing Sadie up and down at the statement. "I just um, you know what, never mind. Let's drink." I looked at Sadie. Her jaw was poking through her skin as she gritted her teeth. How I would love to feel her soft skin against my hands, but I promised myself I wouldn't fall for straight girls.

      It was around 2 AM and we weren't drunk yet, we were talking to much. Soon we finished a bottle and Noah had an idea. "Hey so, we have an empty bottle, how about we spin it." Sadie and I looked at each other, we were the only girls, and the boys would never kiss each other, so we knew what was going to happen. "No Noah, you did this last time with Maddie and I, we get nothing out of kissing you guys so we're not doing it." "Who said you had to kiss us?" Noah looked at me and Sadie, cuddled up together as the boys took all the blankets. My heart skipped a beat thinking about kissing her. I sat there for awhile, thinking.
~~Sadie's POV~~

     One of Millie's friends just proposed that Millie and I kiss each other. Now, Millie is really pretty and I wouldn't mind kissing her but I am NOT gay. Millie was sitting there with a surprised look on her face. "How about, Millie and I kiss, then you guys kiss." The boys looked at each other, gagging, except for one, Finn. He sat there unfazed at my proposition. "Deal?" "Deal." they said hesitantly. Millie looked at me confused. "Come on lets just get it over with," I whispered. She nodded. "You guys have to kiss for 1 minute. When we say stop, you stop okay? Then when we kiss it'll be the same." Millie and I nodded and prepared for the kiss. My heart started beating faster. We leaned in, I felt her breath hitch as we got closer, and soon I felt her smooth lips touch mine.

     "Guys? Guys!" Noah was screaming at the top of his lungs. "You guys it's been 2 minutes. Where did you guys go?" I felt warm on the inside, like when I had my first crush. She tasted like alcohol, which made sense, but I liked it. I can't believe I liked kissing a girl. Am I gay? I can't be. I've liked boys all my life. "Sadie? Are you okay?" Millie asked me, I was staring at my hands in confusion. "Was it bad? I'm sorry if it was-" "No it was amazing I just, needed to think for a second." Millie smiled. "You guys don't have to kiss if you don't want to, I'm actually getting pretty tired." I yawned waiting for their response. "Really? Hell yes!" Caleb yelled. I laughed and watched as they packed up their things and left. Finn seemed a little disappointed, but I won't question it.

     I looked at Mille again. She looked at me. We laughed for awhile, thinking about what just happened. After our laughing fit we took all of our blankets and put them on our beds. I turned the lights off and we went to sleep.

~~Millie's POV~~

     I couldn't sleep. I can't believe what just happened. I kissed her. She liked it. I KISSED A STRAIGHT GIRL AND SHE LIKED IT. I squealed at the thought and Sadie woke up. "Millie? Are you okay?" "Uh yeah just a nightmare." I cleared my throat. "Do you need to come sleep over here? I used to have nightmares a lot and having someone near you helps." I nodded, realizing she couldn't see me shortly after. "Yes! I mean um, that would be nice." I tried not to sound too eager. I could hear her slide over as much as she could and pat the space next to her. I layer down, facing her. Her breath still smelt like vodka, but I didn't mind. Soon I fell asleep, the sound of her breathing calming me down.
