Ash's Pov
"WHAT?"Me and Serena said at the same time showing the same confusing look in our eyes
"We're sorry we didn't tell you more earlier but we wanted you to met again without been forced to accept the marriage thing... " my mum said
"That's why we met at the summer camp?" Serena said
"Oh no dear that was totally not planned both of you were there and both of us knew that both of you were there but you met totally by yourselves" Serena's mum said
"So what does this mean?" I asked
"It means you two are getting married because you Serena cant be queen without a king and who better than your childhood friend that you used to have a crush on"
"MUM!"
"I'm sorry dear!"
"The same goes to you ash."
"MUM"
"See look at you too all blushing about this you too are adorable!" Serena's mum said
"I'm gonna get water" Serena said
She left and I was left with the mums
"Ash I do really trust you to take care of my daughter in the future"
"But why me?"
"Because you're the only one that made her whole world change.... you're the only one that after her fathers dead made her smile and laugh again"

"I don't think. I know dear."
I was speechless... do I really made Serena happy?
"Dear I know this is to much to process but you two seem to be getting so well and look so cute together..."

"What Ash?" Grace asked me
"Everything"
"You two are getting married after the ball where will be announced your engagement...."
"But we have to plan everything right?"
"Leave the big part to us. You just have to worry about you and Serena getting to know each other better..."

After some time I saw Serena she was talking to her Pokémon about... the engagement.... I hide in a tree to hear and yes I know that's not the right thing to do but yeah I did it
"I don't know what to do braixen this is all to much to process but I'm actually really happy about!"
She's happy about I though she would be angry
"Cause you know the time that I spend with ash is just so fun and amazing I was actually afraid that this funny time had to come to an end..."
Yeah she's actually right this is all being so fun and amazing thanks to her

Here it is again... that feeling my heart is beating so fast And my face is so warm
"He is amazing... he so friendly and his smile is so cute I guess I realized why when I was a kid I had a crush on him..."
So it's true she had a crush on me at the same time I had a crush on her...
"But he would never like a girl like me I'm such a mess and so irresponsible..."
"Yeah yeah of course you are Serena I'm not being q complete liar saying this" she turned around her face was so red
"How long have you been there Ash?"
"Not long don't worry..." I lied

"But why? Was it some kind of secret?"
"Ohh no I was just talking to my Pokémon and sometimes I say weird stuff"

"But Serena if you aren't happy about this we can talk to our mums and..." I was stopped by a beautiful smile

I might me confused with all but I'm happy that's you that my mum picked for this I'm just worry cause you're really amazing and I'm this whole mess and all and I don't wanna be a bother or totally make you being ashamed..." and it was my time of stopping cause I realized all that she had just said to me
"Don't say that you are just as much or even more amazing than me..." she stopped
"OMG I'm sorry I said that I think I'm starting to be crazy..."
"Serena let me finish"

"As I was saying there is no way I'll be ashamed of being with you or of the world knowing about me and you and our future together got it?"
"Yeah thanks ash"
Without thinking I hugged her
It felt so nice so warm it was like she belonged with me like she fitted perfectly with me and in my arms
I know this is crazy but I think I am starting to fall in love with Serena!
