I woke up to the sound of my beeping alarm, I rolled over smashed the off button on my phone "Ughhh" I groaned
I looked through all my messages and of course there was a "good morning" message from Brandon, I responded by saying the same. I put my phone back on the night stand and got up to get ready for work. I worked at a small dinner downtown called "Big Wanda's" (if you know you know) I put on my uniform and did very little makeup I put my up in a ponytail and put the bow in my hair that goes along with my uniform

I grabbed my keys and phone and headed off to work. When I got to work I tied up my apron and grabbed some menus waiting for customers to arrive, soon after me and the other waitress Maia were seating people left and right. I was behind the counter when Maia came up and asked from me to help her with a big group of guys that had just walked in, she pointed me in their direction, I was walking with my head down getting my notepad ready, when I walked up to the table I started to say what I always say.
"Hello welcome to big Wanda's how my I-" I stopped once I seen who they all were "VANESSA!!!" Austin yelled "Oh dear god now you know where I work" I said rolling my eyes laughing "Now may I take you heathens orders?" I asked clicking my pen "I'll have the big Wanda" Zion said picking up his phone "And I have no clue what I want because you never gave us menus" Edwin says laughing "Oh my god guys I'm so sorry it's been a busy morning" I say turning around to get the menus, I grab the menus and hand them each one, I hand one to Nick but the one I was going to give to Brandon he takes "Uh hunny he don't need no damn menu it's clear what he wants" Nick says wiggling his eyebrows "Yeah but I'd prefer you not give it to him on this table" Edwin says making Brandon's face turn into a tomato "Uhhhh" I say with my cheeks just as red as Brandon's "Come on Vanessa you can't tell me you don't want him" Austin says smirking "OK THATS ENOUGH" I say glaring at them "Fineee" Nick says handing Brandon his menu "I'll give you guys some time to look over the menu" I step back "Oh and I never said I didn't want him" I say winking at Brandon quickly walking off but I turn my head to see Brandon with a big smile
About five minutes later I go back over to their table "Have we made a decision?" I ask clicking my pen smiling "I believe so" Nick says looking at the other guys as they all nod I take the boys orders and leave, but I noticed Brandon hadn't really said much so I was a little worried, so I decided to go ahead and text him
•Text• Vanessa: hey Brandon: hi Vanessa: is everything ok? Brandon: yeah Vanessa: u sure? Brandon: yep Vanessa: ok, well you can come up here and talk to me, it's a slow time nobody's in here except you guys Brandon: sounds good
•Brandon's povo• "I'm gonna go to the bathroom brb" I say getting up out of my seat I walk up to the counter where Vanessa was standing, to be honest she looked really sexy in her uniform. I was trying to play it cool because I planned to ask her out but I was super nervous "Hey b" She said setting her elbows on the counter "Hey Beautiful" I say smiling watching her cheeks turn a shade of pink "Oh my god stop" She said shaking her head "So uhhh what are you doing t- tonight?" I ask slightly stuttering but I think she could tell I was getting nervous "Um probably nothing why? She forded her eyebrows "Well I was wondering if you um maybe wanted to go out with me?" I ask as quick as possible "Sure" She said smiling looking right through me "Ok, ok great!" I say as my face lit up with excitement "Well I'll pick you up around seven if text me your address" I say putting my hand on hers "Sounds good, oh and what might this outing be?" She asked in a fancy tone "It's a surprise" I say laughing "Ughhh finnnee" She says playing with my thumb "VANESSA GET BACK TO WORK AND STOP FLIRTING WITH THE DAMN CUSTOMERS" A woman yelled in the back "Well I have to go" She said grabbing on of my chains pulling me over the counter slightly but before I knew it our lips were touching and her fingers were in my hair and my god it felt so good, she broke the kiss by letting go of my chain smiling, then she walk into the back and was gone
I walked back to the guys but they all were silent "You realize we seen everything lover boy" Zion says smirking at me "You better not tease me about this" I said setting down "Too late" Austin says laughing
