“So how did you fell in-love with her?” Ellen asks, smiling happily and looking at the boy, Harry Styles, intently.
Harry, for a while, doesn’t seem to know what to say. After a minute of silence, he speaks even though his gaze is cast down at the floor,
“When she looks at me, with her unseeing eyes looking at me so deeply even though she doesn’t know, her hand on my cheek as she touches my face and tries to imagine how I probably look like. And when she said, “You’re beautiful.” She’s blind, and she never saw my face, but for her, I’ am beautiful. That’s when I realized, ‘This girl, I’ll stay on her side forever. If she doesn’t love me back, or will never get her sight, or if she gets married to another man, I’ll still be with her. She couldn’t look at my face, so instead, she looks at my soul.’”
The audience fell into silence and every fan who was watching the interview cried; not because of jealousy with the girl, but because they know their idol had fallen in-love deeply and truly.
In that moment, Harry remembers how he met with the girl. The blind janitress who turned out to be something so much more than he expected.
Harry Styles.
The name alone makes the fans of the world’s biggest and most wanted boy band One Direction squeal in delight. If you’ve got the boys on a magazine cover, then expect that magazine to be sold out.
If you can do a handstand and posted it on the Internet, no one would care. If anyone of the boys will do it, everyone will be gushing saying how talented and awesome they are when other people who are not famous are not given enough credit for it.
Though he admits he loves the attention, Harry himself doesn’t understand why people make such a big deal out of them. When Zayn tweets nonsense, they all think he’s soulful. When the rumor that Niall jerks off while at the tour bus got out, the fans thought it was cute To them, they’re just perfect.
Harry thinks that everyone is sweet for thinking so, but sometimes, it totally weird him out. The reason why he loves the rest of One Direction, his family and his friends very much. They never gushed when they see him, or cried, and God forbid fainted on him.
He loves the fans a lot, thank you very much, but he loves a little peace and quiet too.
Which is why Harry, instead of being miserable and mad that he’s inside a hospital room, the grandest one of course with wi-fi, with his leg fractured. The reason was because he was running around the studio and failed to notice a flight of stairs.
So here he is with his leg raised up in the air wrapped in white bandages and a cast. On his hand, Harry’s browsing his Twitter mentions, smiling at the ‘get well’ tweets that he’s receiving from the fans. Contrary to popular belief, he does go on Twitter and looks at the fans’ tweets to him.
The doctor also had checked up on him earlier, so he guesses that he’ll be having quite a long alone time.
The door opens to reveal a nurse who shouldn’t be smiling that much. Harry inwardly sighs, ‘So much for alone time.’ He just smiles back kindly, and with just the red spreading on her cheeks, he knows that she’s definitely smitten by him.
She’s carrying a tray filled with food that shouldn’t be for a patient, but Harry’s thankful for the perks of being a celebrity gets him. She sets it down on the bed and Harry adjusts his position.
“I can spoon feed you.” She says coyly, lips curling up in a cute smile. Harry smiles politely but shakes his head, “My leg is the one broken, not my arm.” The nurse giggles at his humor, and Harry could just laugh along, afraid to offend her.
