The Night that no one talks about...

Harry, Ron and Hermione sat quietly in the common Room waiting for everyone to leave they sat in silence, watching the clock tic tic tic... Once the last person it was 11:55, they awkwardly snuck out of the portrait door and went tiptoed down the stairs down to the great hall. Draco and the others were already waiting for them

"Finally Potter, I was beginning to think you chickened out come on then lets get started, Pansy against Granger, Blaise against Weasley and myself against Potter."

"And Keep quiet or else we all will get in trouble, We heard a cat bell and footsteps in the other hall." Said Harry quietly

The dueling started and everything was going well until Hermione shot a knock back spell, but Pansy dodged it and it shot at Draco's back pushing him forward and landing on Harry, everyone was fine but Draco was blushing and the spell made very loud noise that echoed around the room and out the open door.

"GET OFF ME!" yelled Harry.

"S-sorry" Draco said shyly

"Shhh I think I can hear something" said a panicked Ron.

'All went quiet and then they heard a large, bam bam bam, along with a fast moving bell ringing, keeping pace with the footsteps.'

"Oh no its filch, quick run!" Harry quietly exclaimed.

Hermione, pansy, Ron and Blaise managed out the door and into the other corridor, but Harry and Draco being on the floor didn't make it and saw a dark shadow approaching quickly, they rushed back in the hall and hid in a corner. Suddenly harry Realized that he had his invisible cloak as a back up plan and got it out and started to put it on but then Draco said:

"Hey, please hide me as well, please!"

Harry thought about it for a second and heard the footsteps becoming too close for comfort and pulled Draco closer and threw it over them and just managed to get covered when they saw filch and Mrs Norris come out from the doorway. They watch filch search the room and scream in the dark while mrs Norris is at their feet meowing at them, but thankful filch ignored her, then finally left the room closing the doors behind him.

"That was too close" said a blushing Harry.

"Yeah, ummm could let go of me now..."

"oops sorry" said harry.

"But now how do we get out I heard filch lock it?'

"I know I saw Professor Snape exit through a door before on halloween when the troll was released, maybe it's unlocked"

"Maybe, but the real question is why were you looking and Snape at that exact moment?" questioned Draco

"I err jut happened to, but the real question is why are you being so nice to me, what happened to "SaINt POttEr" hmm?"

"I don't know I guess it's because you saved me from getting into trouble, but the moment i have a reason to hate you again is when my kindness ends, got that!"

the boys left the great hall and went back to their common room undetected of any moment from any teacher. But as Draco was going back down to the dungeons, he replayed that sentence he said to Harry "but the moment i have a reason to hate you again is when my kindness ends" he thought I guess that is going to be a while, hehe but I still need to act out my hatred.
