CRUSH CULTURE: CHAP. TWO
"Fine." Jeongguk mumbled softly, looking away from the man standing in front of him. Taehyung's eyebrows quirked up as he further questioned the male, "Fine what?"
"You don't have to listen to my CD, I-I'll just go somewhere else." Jeongguk wriggled himself out of Taehyung's grip and walked over to desk, picking up his work.
"So you're really not here for sex or any other kind of thing from me, you just want me to listen to your CD?" Taehyung turned around and asked.
"Y-Yes, I just want you to listen to it...I-I really wanna start my c-career here.. " He took a step towards Taehyung, cautiously of course.
At this, Taehyung went and grabbed his CD walking back over to the desk and sitting down. Jeongguk however was still standing up, which earned him a weird look.
"Aren't you gonna sit down, Jeongguk?" That voice again, it sounded completely different from what he was hearing a few minutes ago.
"O-Oh y-yeah, let me sit down." The ravenette pulled out the chair on the opposite side of the brunette's desk. He swallowed as he watched Taehyung slip the CD into the player.
"H-Hi my n-name is J-Jeongguk, and th-this is my song 'Begin"
Taehyung chuckled at the intro, but calmly stroked his desk as the song started to play. It was obvious that this song held a special meaning to the boy in front of him, he could practically see him shaking in his seat.
By the time the song had ended Jeongguk looked pale, the only thing with color were his cheeks and that didn't look good. Especially since his black hair set off his almost color drained skin.
"Well, I think it's a good song, there were a few mistakes in the production but we could fix that and release it as your debut single." The brunette immediately grabbed a pen from out his container and started to take notes.
"D-Debut single? Does th-that m-mean I-I have a deal, a-and a contract?" Jeongguk was on the edge of his seat, literally and his doe eyes were wide. Full of unreadable emotion.
"A deal yes, a contract no we have to get it in the works and printed out, and then i have to let you read over it before you sign it. I'd be happy if we could discuss all of this over dinner?"
"D-Dinner? C-Can't we discuss it now?" Jeongguk pined.
"No because I have a mandatory meeting with Kim Namjoon in a few minutes." Taehyung stood up and grabbed his phone.
He froze at the revelation, "Kim Namjoon? Th-The RM?"
The CEO snorted and gave him a smile, "Yes, the RM. I can take you to meet him after dinner tonight, how does that sound?"
"B-But I don't e-even know y-your name, h-how am I supposed to contact you? H-How am I gonna get there, I don't have a car a-and the bus isn't running today." The boy rambled on.
"Don't worry about it, I'll send someone to fetch you from your apartment, and my name's Taehyung." Taehyung said as he picked up his belongings.
"O-Okay, is there a dress code?" Jeongguk shyly asked.
His long legs carried him over to Gguk in just two strides, and lightly his hand came up to dust over the ravenette's cheek, "Just dress to impress, darling."
Slowly, he leaned into the hand that caressed his jaw bone, "O-Okay, what time should I be ready?"
"10, and don't forget to bring a pen." Is all he said before walking out of the office, leaving a very flustered Jeongguk.
(A/N: IDK if i should post the dinner date yet even if it's already pre-written.)
