Coming to terms

General POV

The four signers along with there friends were gathered outside of the Goodwin Mansion haveing just received the news or what there mission entails. Each one was taking a moment to take in what they have been told all a bit overwhelmed.
Zain POV

I sat off to the side with Rena watching as the others try to come to terms with the things we just heard dark signers, the fate of the world, it's a lot to take in thats for sure. "So how do you think there doing"questioned Rena, "it's hard to say after that bomb that was just dropped on them" she nodded "Yeah so let's go check on them" with that she rose to her feet and made her way towards Luna and Akiza a smirked crissed my face as I did the same and made my way to Jack and Yusei.

Akiza Pov

I sat with luna in the Goodwin mansion's garden the two of us were simply keeping each other company when I heard footsteps approaching us from behind. Turning my attention towards the source I saw Rena headed over here immediately I felt myself tense up this girl was a stranger to me all I know is she friend of Yusei in the Satellite a fact that didn't sat too well with me for reasons I wasn't quite sure if yet.
With a smile she motion her hand beside me I nodded hestatintly afterwards she was quick to take a set between me and luna.

As Rena sat down the two other girls were quick to turn their attention to her "How are you doing with everything that's happening" upon hearing her question both girls look away to stare at opposite ends of the garden Rena let out a sigh at there reactions "yeah it's a lot to take in I know" placing her hands on the floor behind her the girl casted her eyes towards the sky. "I can imagine how you girls feel but your always welcome to come talk to me if no one else is available your a friend of yusei and my brothers so your friends of mine as well if you got anything your free to ask me." Before anyone could read themself Akiza jumped to stare into Rena eyes her face inches away from her "What's going on between you and Yusei."

Zain POV
I made my way over to Jack and Yusei limbing my way over to them as best as I can with crutches. Upon Arriving I greeted them with a half wave and a small smile despite what we just learned I was still pretty happy to be there with my friends though we were missing a few. The two return my greeting with Yusei giving me a concerned look "You sure you should be walking around man" nodding my head I smiled. "Yeah it was just a couple of rocks you should know it will take more than that to put me down Yusei the better question is how are you two doing." It was that let point that Jack let out a sound a kindle to a growl "How are we doing like you even need to ask we just had a hell of bomb dropped on us with this signer nonsense and the fate of the world and if that isn't enough Carly a member of these dark singers and were gonna have to beat her." The name carly caught my attention "Carly huh I don't think I know much  about her is she your girlfriend Jack" hearing my question a red hue came to his face "That doesn't matter right now what does matter is the fate of the world leaving your romantics for another time Zain" hearing his response a sheepish grin covered my face "But Jack that's the fun part I'm sure Crow would agree" out of the corner of my eye I saw Yusei let out a silent chuckle.

Akiza Pov
As soon as the words left my mouth I immediately regretted it as my face was engulfed in flames to the side I noticed a gapping expression on luna's face just like me she couldn't believe I just asked that Rena however broke out laughing not just a giggle but full blown laughing further burning my cheeks.

Rena POV
After hearing Akiza question I couldn't help but break down laughing honestly out of the things she could be worrying about right now it was that I couldn't believe it after laughing for a few minutes I managed to compose myself enough to catch a glimspe of the other girls faces a flaming Akiza and a gapping Luna this almost sent me into another fit but I manged to hold it off. After composing myself for a moment I decided I should probably respond other then laughing "Sorry sorry it just out of all the things you could of chosen to worry about i didn't think it would be that Akiza". My response caused her faces to darken even nore if possible "Well I'm sorry but I can't help it so please could you tell me what's happening between you two" a small smile covered my face "Nothing you have nothing to worry about there's nothing going on between us your welcome to have a go with him."

Akiza Pov
After hearing Rena response i felt myself let out an internal sigh of relief  and felt just the slightest bit more comfortable around the girl. As I moved to change the topics I heard the sounds of humming and the break of a speaker as I saw a group of escorts make there way over to us.
Looks like it's time to go no more getting distracted byy feeling pushing myself off the ground i held out my hands to the other two girls "Looks like it's time to go huh" the other two smiled at me and took my hands "Yes let's do this" responded luna "I'm with you girls" Rena said in turn.
With that the three of us made our way towards the helicopter meeting up with the guys and everyone else on the way.

Yusei Pov
As Zain teased jack I couldn't help but smile at the interaction and I was reminded of old times before jack left satellite, kalin getting arrested, and everything else that has happened a time long passed where it was just me and my friends working together. "Hey what the hell you grinning about over here huh Yusei" questioned Jack feel a smirk cross my face I decided to get in on the action "Nothing much just never thought the great Jack Atlas would settle for just one fan girl will wonders never cease" Jacks face darken even more before he responded "Carly isn't a fan girl you little punk I the great Jack Atlas would never date a fan girl do you hear me your king will not let you say such a thing about him." Hearing that Zain perked up "So the king wouldn't settle for a fan girl huh so is she a queen or at least your queen." Jacks face got even redder before he took a stabbed step back before crossing his arms and turning his back to us"Shut Up the both of ya your king commands it." Locking my eyes with Zain's the two of us couldn't help but break out laughing.
As I was laughing I noticed the escorts arriving I silently vowed to myself to put an end this battle so I could laugh with my friends like this again.

Hey y'all its been a bit sorry for the  delay but I have my reasons thou I doubt anyone wants to hear them so I'm just gonna tell ya I'm gonna try my best to get back on a regular schedule as an added bonus sense I have been away so long here's something to look forward to Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon isn't Zain Ace Card inplan to reveal it in the next couple of chapters so hopefully your looking forward to that
