"Hey! get back here!" Sarah yells chasing after Sam.
"No come and get me!" He calls from up ahead.
"Hey guys! Let's play hide and seek?" Conner asks
"That's a great idea" jade exclaims
"Since it's your idea you seek" Madison tells him
"Fine" Conner grumbles
"Remember count to 50!" Sam yells as he starts to run to his hiding place.
"48. 49. 50, ready or not here I come"
"He's coming!" Maddison squealed
"I'm going to get you!" Conner yells out to us.
I quickly even my breathing out and peek around the tree to see if he's coming my way only to see him nowhere.
I step out from my hiding space to see skid marks on the floor and conners glasses shattered.
"CONNER!" I scream out into the evening air.
"What are you doing?" Jade whisper yells.
"He's not here?" I reply but sounding more as a question.
"What do you mean?" Sam asks as the others come out of their hiding spaces as well.
"I mean he's no where in sight" I reply bending down to grab his shattered glasses being careful not to get glass in my hand.
"Where is he?" Madison questions as we all circle around each other.
"It looks like he was taken" Sarah panics looking around frantically.
We all split off from each other screaming his name at the top our lungs.
suddenly a pained scream is heard causing an unwanted shiver to run down my spine.
