"What do you mean she's gone???" The man glowered, eyebrows furrowing as his face profoundly turned red as his grip on his coffee mug's handle became firmer and firmer.

"I mean her closet is empty, her bike isn't in the garage, and her boss said she hasn't gone this morning!"

"Oh for God's sake, that girl!" The old man snapped, slamming his mug of coffee onto the table that it would've shattered into pieces if it weren't for his old age gradually sucking the strength that was enough to singlehandedly break a mug out of him. "First, that faggot piece of shit rebels against me, and now she's made off and stole away from this family!"

"Uncle, I-I suggest you calm down- after all, she isn't around any—"

"BULLSHIT!"

He roared, then bore his teeth at the younger boy and growled, eyes slowly turning a golden yellow. "IF SHE'S GOIN' TO BE LIKE THIS, I'LL MAKE THE LITTLE SHIT LEARN! I'LL FUCKEN HUNT THE BITCH DOWN AND I'LL MAKE HER LEARN!"

"ahaha-" Hatred filled his entire mind, seeping into every crack and crevasse of his mind. The thought of having that kid- that rascal- that fucking bastard— an OUTCAST in between his hands brought pleasure to him. The thought of blood and the loud cries for help, the feeling of torturing the poor soul.

He grinned.

What started out as a small wheeze— came uproarious, hysterical laughter erupted from his throat, fangs turning monstrously sharp as he guffawed in such a jubilant but hateful manner that it sent chills down the younger man's spine.

This wasn't a good sign.

"ahah- aHAHAHAHA- AHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"

BVVT- BVVT-
Went the annoying buzz of his phone, vibrations spreading around the mattress. The apartment was dimly lit up, and it was rather chilly inside the room, as there was the mechanical hum of the air conditioner that was cooling the air. Icarus let out a low groan of annoyance as he rolled onto his side and pulled the blankets closer, the chilly temperature biting at his skin, blowing through his bare nape, which made his skin stand on its' ends, covering him in goosebumps.

Another normal morning wake-up for him. Great.

The brunette let out a soft grunt and continued to shift from under the blankets, trying to get himself comfortable to go back to sleep, keeping his eyes closed despite the fact that awake. To his unfortunate disappointment, he was only met with discomfort with every attempt he made to get himself back to sleep. He gave in to his awakening, eyes fluttering open.
He parted his lips and let out a low yawn, stretching his arms to accompany his yawning, although it didn't quite exactly bring him out of his grogginess. The messy-haired brunette sat up, and the blanket slid off of his upper body, revealing brown scars on his wrists, whiter scars on his arms, then bandages wrapped loosely around his flat chest. In a groggy manner, he brought his hands to his eyes to run the sleep from his eyes, mumbling incoherently underneath his breath.
Then upon remembering the events yesterday, he suddenly brightened up.
In fact, despite of the slight itchiness and the discomfort underneath the bandages that he had to keep on for a while as he had to recover after the surgery, he felt... good. Even better than the past couple of days before, now that he was living on his own and that he wouldn't have to put up with a damn lot of yelling. He truly felt like himself for once in his entire life, after seventeen years of dealing with feeling like he was living in the wrong body- seventeen years of hating himself because of how much he was thrown diatribes at. Although it wasn't going to completely cure him of his dysphoria, it was a big step in the right direction.
