(Before the incident)

       *Knott's POV*

We're sitting in our usual spot, the picnic table under the "big oak," when we see Arthit walking towards us. I check my watch and am surprised to see that Arthit was, in fact, on time, if not early.

As he comes to sit with us, I notice he seems... different. My dad senses kicked in and I immediately noticed a slight favor to his right leg, along with a slight tilt in his posture. Did he fall? Arthit was well known for being a klutz, sometimes even being a deliberate one. He always gets himself hurt in the stupidest ways possible.

Once he thought it was a great idea to run 54 laps after already doing 100 push-ups, 100 sits and stands, and 100 squats. The idiot over exerted himself and was bed ridden for awhile.

Another time, he walked right into a wall. He's tripped over everything and anything that could possibly be tripped over. Last year for his birthday, Bright even got him a shirt that said,

It takes serious skill

to trip over flat surfaces

Arthit had his,  Are you serious? look on, but ended up laughing in the end. Bright, seeing  that Arthit was chill, immediately fell onto the floor laughing hysterically. Toota soon joined him, asking where in hell he had gotten the shirt. It was a fun evening, and we have been trying to get Arthit to wear it ever since.

I look up, coming out of la-la-land, and see that Arthit was already starting to sit down. Before I could ask him why he was early, I witness something that worries me, he grimaces. He looks physically well, right? I'm tempted to reach across our table to check his forehead, but I know he would have a fit. Instead I just ask,

"Hey, you okay? You got here early, which never happens, and you grimaced just now."

Arthit looks ready to reply but Bright walks up behind him and slaps him on the back, which makes him grimace again as he says,

"Yeah, who are you and what have you done with Arthit!"Arthit looks slightly annoyed as he reprimands him.

"It's me you idiot. I'm not ALWAYS late! I can get here-yawn-on time too!" I look at him, still feeling my dad sense tingling, and ask,

"Arthit, are you sure your okay? You seem a little different." He seems to have a war within himself for a second. He goes into la la land with a strange expression on his face, but when he comes out of his thoughts he acts like nothing's happened.

"Yeah," He replies, "Don't worry so much, I'm fine. I just sat down to fast and it hurt." He gave me a confident smile and I became less worried. I was still a little worried, but for now all I can do is watch and wait. If something is really wrong he'll come to me when he's ready.

Toota, who apparently found something very funny in what Arthit said, whispers something into Bright's ear. Not a second after he was told this wonderful piece of information, Bright's face brakes out into a shit-eating grin and he starts to laughing hysterically. I overhear a slight amount of what is said, hearing Kongpob and hard, and piece it together. I shake my head and sign at the uter idiocy of my friends.

"What's so funny, Bright?" Arthit asks, looking like he knew what was to be said wouldn't be good. Bright suddenly screamed out,

"Did Kongpob go to HARD last night!!!!!!"

Bright being the loud fool he is said it loud enough that anyone within 30 feet of them could hear it. I immediately start counting back from 10.

Bright immediately turns tail, running from the terror that is Arthit. Arthit gets up to chase after him. But as I said before, he's clumsy. So as he gets up to chase after hi., He falls and smashes his head into the concrete.

"Arthit!!!" We yell worried for our best friend. I get up to go pick him up and help him with his injury. But the idiot gets up to try to chase Bright again, who stoped running when he heard our shouts, and immediately slumps onto me.

"ARTHIT!!!" We all scream repeatedly. I shake him as his head starts to roll to the side and he seems to go blank. I almost lose it when blood starts trickling down his forehead.

Arthit eyes seem to slightly focus, at least enough for him to push out of my grip to stumble swords the dorms. I grab him by his wrist before he can get very far. I start talking to him while softly pulling him. I notice how his eyes are still a little glssey wen if he is slightly more focused.

"Your very hurt," I start, " we need to get you somewhere now. We're going to a doctor you need help! "

His eyes widen at the words Doctor. Before he can protest I grab him tightly by the armpits and slightly drag him twords the infirmary while the rest of my friends clean up our spot

Arthit whips his eyes, probably hoping to see better. Before I can put much time into that though, he rips out of my grip and runs like a mad man swords his dorm.

"P'Arthit!?!?" I hear a confused yell and look over to see Kongpob looking after Arthit. As our friends clean up our spot I run over to Kongpob, shove Arthit's spare key into his hand and whisper a, "good luck."

Kongpob looks confused with what is going on, but determination fills his eyes and he runs after Arthit. I hope he's okay... and I hope Kongpob can help him. With these thoughts in mind I turn back to my friends and wait for my first class.
