BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE

I separated the form so that it wouldn't be messy, so please keep it organized and comment your forms only where it is supposed it be. I will be having five (only a few, because blend graphics are not as easy to make) slots per batch, while the number of batches still depend on how many requests I'll get.

FORM; COMMENT INLINE IN SLOTS BELOW

— book title: personally I like long titles, but those that are too long don't end up that good.
— subtitle: optional
— author: it can be your username, first name, pen name, whatever.
— genre/mood: please be specific, I don't accept teen fic, random, etc. as genres. you can still include them, but not only them.
— characters: I really hope you won't include a lot. a group is understandable but a lot of individuals wouldn't look too good. I don't accept anime and local (filipinos) faceclaims. I can accept western, but I'd like you to know that the cover might not look the best.
— suggestions: color scheme, light or dark, character positions, font, etc. may not be followed all the time but is still highly appreciated.
— size: I do banners as well; write "banner" and mention the size. if you're asking for a book cover, then write "book cover."
— shop-hopped?: if yes, please indicate what shop you requested from (make sure that shop also allows shop-hopping), and be sure to message me when you are finally going to use my cover.
— if you requested two or more: (do not answer if you only requested one) is this a set? a set would mean that you want your covers to be similar. if not, then the covers would be entirely different.
— tags: optional because I don't want to force you to tag people, but I would be grateful if you do, so that people would know about my shop.
