*Trigger Warning* this chapter includes 1 itsy-bitsy mention of sucide and there is also some rude peeps.

*Bleeeep bleeep*

Ugh, I turned over and slammed the alarm off.

"Shit I'm gonna be late" I yote (yote is like yeet but past tense) myself across the room to my closet but before I got there I tripped over my feet and slammed my face into the ground.

"WELL TODAY IS JUST FUCKING GREAT" I screamed.

"Language, you're a young lady now" my Nonna called out.

"Oh shit, sorry.. it's morning and I um am not awake yet" I stuttered back. I forgot she was here, I'm used to being alone, whoops. I dragged myself to the kitchen to hear her better.

"It's all right honey, I understand that your under a lot of stress due to the entrance exam starting in an hour" she said sweetly. But I could feel the nonexistent anger coming from her eyes, I couldn't see her but I could feel her eyes. Then my mind processed what she said.

My jaw dropped, I went pale.

"Wha-at Did you just say? An hour! I really hope I heard wrong because you know we um live 50 minutes away and like that leaves me 10 minutes to make food, eat, take a shower and fully wake up and-"

"You know you can use your quirk to get there faster" Nonna said gently.

"I'm an idiot. A complete idiot. I don't understand how I could be so stupid. I really just forgot that quirks existed" I stared blankly into the abyss. Shaking my head at myself.

"Now don't say that sweetie, your just a bit sleepy cause you just woke up, and by the way I already made breakfast for you"

"Thank you Nonna for making food for me, I really appreciate it"

After getting ready I walked to the door to be on my way.

Bye Nonna, see you later" I sighed.

"Good luck sweetie pie" Nonna comforted, she rolled over to me, "goodbye see you soon"

As I walked out the door everything felt like a movie, the wind blew slightly in my hair while the sun shined in my eyes.

Today is the day. The day I prove to everyone that I'm not a villain, that I shouldn't be pitied for my circumstance. Today is the day I take the entrance exam and prove that I can become a hero.

I walked down the steps to begin my journey. Straight away the whispers from my neighbors filled my ears.

"Did you hear, a villain like her wants enter the hero course at UA"

I'm not a villain.

"I can't believe our neighbor had to be the one to adopt her"

Neither can I.

"How could anybody trust her"

I don't know.

"Did you know she almost killed a hero when they saved her"

That's not true.

"What if she just wants to kill the other students, the school should just reject her instantly"

I don't want to hurt innocent people.

"She should just kill herself"

I've wanted to.
