I scratched my hair aggressively in frustration.
The song lyrics that I had been working on for the past 2 hours is not working out for me!!
I crushed another paper and crumpled it to bits before tossing it again to the dustbin already overloaded with tons of other crumpled paper pieces.
"Why is this not working out for me!" I agitatedly yelled,
as a tired-looking Donghyun swinged opened the door.
"Hey, Daehwi, what's wrong? You've been screaming and talking to yourself since the early afternoon. If you're stressed.. We can help, you know?"
Donghyun meekly continued his sentence softly as he saw his maknae's worn-down state.
I sighed as I shook my head, donghyun looked exhausted, he had his own schedule and he still had to film his concept photos in an hour's time. I didn't want to be a burden or make his job any harder.
"Oh.. Well, I'm going to prepare now, good luck." donghyun said with a thin, tired smile on his face as he closed the door shut.
Right then, a notification vibrated on my computer.

I read the email before clicking on the link sent.
There was two folders each with an average of 7 song projects in it, there was a folder file which includes 4 lyrics sheets inside.
"Wow" I muttered to myself, genuinely impressed.
I played the beats of the songs provided a few times before mashing it with my own.
I skimped through the lyrics as I tried to sing it along while playing the new tune.
"Hmm, this part doesn't really add up, I should call the lyric composer, maybe he could help me alter this!"
I picked up my phone and dialled the number.
"Hello?" a voice spoke as the clicking of a few computer keyboards can be heard after that.
I was dazed at first, it sounded like a lady to be honest.
"Hi, I'm Daehwi, did you heard of me?" I asked as the person quickly replied with a "Yes!"
"So about the song, it's perfect overall but specifically at part 2:34 to 2:41, there's a slight hitch and a small gap between the bass sound, could you alter that?" I asked.
"Yeah, it's already done!" the person said calmly.
"Oh. I forgotten to introduced myself, I'm MaguMagu's Main chief department leader for writing and composing of lyrics for korean-pop group idol bands. Nice to meet, I go by the name of Y/n." she addressed formally.
"I'm Ab6ix's Daehwi, nice to meet you too!" I cheered happily inside my mind as it is rare for me to find someone with the same passion and hobby for song-writing like me.
Y/n and I talked for hours! We chatted about music, writing ideas, composing tunes together and anything largely related to music.
My frustration and stress for my upcoming title track project just,

It just diminish into thin air. Unbelievable.
My day turned into a unbelievably good day.
I was scratching my hair like a madman and getting agitated over slightest mistakes but now, I just felt stress-free.
And I wanted it to stay this way.
Y/n and I shared many hobbies and she was a really funny person who kept adding jokes while flowing with the conversation.
I could chat with her all day, haha!
We agreed to meet this up-coming Thursday where we both were seemingly free.
After chatting for hours over the phone, I got back to work with a full spirit and a soul recharged to its fullest.
Like what Y/n said,
I would crush this song and make it into a bop and present to her with a magnificent, one-of-a-kind song when we meet again this Thursday.
