Found You- Chapter 7

A/n; Arlight my darlins! were back at it again ever after a double upload!

(Y/n's) POV

Morning rays hit your peaceful sleeping body,warming you up slowly but surely, leaving you nice and toasty under your covers. Your eyes slowly opened,only to be blinded by the sun,earning a grunt from you as you shielded your eyes from the strong lays of light in your room, you sat up straight, rubbing your eyes out, you actually felt well rested for once,as if you had the worst idea to think that you were met with even more naseua, you ran to the bathroom,and vomitted nothing but stomach acids since you haven't eaten anything yet,causing a burn from your stomach to your throat after you finished bringing your insides up. "what an amazing start to my day.." you said rolling your own eyes at yourself. You got up,washing your mouth off and brushing your teeth once more, you went to your dresser, this time picking out something cozy but warm, winter was in about a month or two so it was starting to get a bit chilly throughout the days and nights. So after rummaging through your dresser for a little you managed to pull togeather a outfit, a lght peach coloured long sleeved sweater that went down to almost the bottom of your hips,some black leggings,white socks and some light brown uggs,(You may gladly change it if you want,just remember its chilly tho) and finally you grabbed a rosy pink scarf and wrapped it around your neck,now you felt snug as a bug, and really warm on top of that, you headed toyour bathroom and did your hair, nothing too complex or too plain,like a bun would work right?(If you have short hair then ignore that- you either go loose hair or smt) Once you were satisfiedwith the slight messy bun you made you smiled,it looked cozy yet cute showing you were in a more warm and cozy mood today which you were, you actually looked like a person today instead of a piece of walking roadkill which was a bonus for you. You went downstairs,grabbed your purse and put it into your schoolbag, you havent beed to school practically this whole week,so you were behind on your studies, what better was than to go out for some fesh air and probably go get a starbucks and do some work there? You swung your backback over your shoulder and locked your house when you left, making your way to the nearesrt Starbucks you felt your neck hair raise,and not from the cold,you were dressed warmly so..you stopped walking,once you looked around you saw nothing,as usual,Was Jack watching you again? Because your head doesn't feel statically when Slender was around. Soon after you sighed and gave uo looking as you kept walking to Starbucks.

-Time Skip; Till Sunset-

You spent most of your day out in the city,but luckily you've only had 2 nosebleeds! That's the lowest you've had in a while for a whole day! You were walking home and it was getting rather cold and dark quickly, good thing you wore clothes fit for this weather. You pulled out your phone and looked at it, you were messaging Skylar to see how your brother was doing as you sipped on a cold drink you took for a take away at Starbucks(sad my country doesn't have a starbucks so RIP me ;-;). You stood in your tracks wsuddenly when you heard a few footsteps behind you,as if someone was sprinting, you whipped your head behind you,what you saw made you accidentally drop your phone,you saw a man,not just a man,a man with a yellow or orange turtle neck jacket, and a white mask,with black painted lips,it looked rather feminin the mask but that was a mascular body,no denying it. The man was just standing there,staring at you, you backed away slowly tucking your phone in your pocket. You were breathing heavily, you looked around slightly and took a deep breath in, and decided to take a chance and spring for your house, leaving your Starbucks on the sidewalk,you ran,and ran not looking back, you got home eventually and coughed, but your coughing just,wouldn't stop, you went to the bathroom to get a tissue to cover your mouth with to only see dark red liqued spreading all over the tissue, you kept coughing, you were shocked but very worried,you were coughing blood?! You sat next to the toilet,so you were able to discard the tissues,each cough left a sharp pain in your chest. Eventually your coughing decreased,but the blood didn't,after about a hour of this,you got up feeling a but fuzzy in your head, you washed your mouth out with water, suddenly feeling a hand on your shoulder, you pulled your shoulder away and let out a yelp out of surprise and turned your back to the sink,backing up a few steps making you stand against the sink, the hand jerked away from you, "Sorry..Saw the sickness is getting to you isn't it?" the stranger said, you were slightly more at ease seeing it was nobody else rather than your blue masked friend Jack. "n-no don't worry..but please..tell me what's going on! I just couched up blood! Blood for crying out loud!" you yelped, "well-okay Ill give you a quick summary, you saw Slender,so now he's..sorta in your head so now hes trying to make you either go insane,or well,kill yourself." he stated blandly before starting again, "but your doing good,you just need to hang on for a few more days then he will be powerless over you unless you two come into close contact again,and if you look at him for too long." he said putting his hand on your back, "let's go sit down,I'll explain more there." you nodded in agreement as you both walked to the living room and sat down criss crossed folding your arms, as Jack cleared his throat, "Now,you know for one that your having symptoms,hilusinations,vomitting,nosebleeds.paranoia,exhaustion and of course coughing blood,now,these will subside over time. You showed exhaustion,paranoia,nightmares,vomiting and nosebleeds after the first few days of your encounter, now it's going to coughing,but don't worry that's the last symptom. After about a week or so you should be back to normal." Jack explained calmly,earning a nod of understanding from you. "So..can I-ask you a few questions Jack,please.." you questioned,your tone sounding slightly desprate. Jack hummed meaning you may ask, "Now that this thing is covered..towards why I'm so sick and such. I wanna ask about..why your wearing a mask..why don't you show your face?" Jack paused at your question,he sighed,"I don't think your ready for that answer (Y/n)." you were not so happy at this answer, "Look if I can hear my own father drowned my mother by a total stranger then I think I can handle it!" You protested, Jack merely chuckled. "Nope,not yet sunshine. I promise,I'll tell you when your um..ready.." he said looking off to the side, you punched his shoulder making a fake angry pouty face,earning a laugh from him,you couldn't help but laugh along with him. "Alright,another question,why did you want to help me?" Jack looked back at you with this question, "well..look,(/n),you were just an innocent child all those years back, loosing your mother ontop of your father beating you day and night while you were there protecting a crying baby boy from your father,for and eleven year old that was tuff,juggling amnesia ontop of that..I actually got to know you through watching you,sometimes we even talked at your window,I just told you you were dreaming though to not make anything odd, within those 'dreams' I made sure to make is some good memories,and watch you wake up the next day with a strong smile on your face..just from a so called dream. You deserve more than the world is giving you (Y/n),you really do." his words left you flustered,confused but also flattered. "Thank you Jack..do you know what ever happened to my dad?" he shook his head, "As I said before, I stopped seeing you when you couldn't remember me or my boss." you replied, you stayed silent for a bit thinking of something else to ask, one question finally popped in your head, you looked down at your hands as you fiddled with your fingers, "Can you tell me more about before my mom died..and where.." you asked,holding the urge to want to allow tears to form in your eyes. "(Y/n)..I don't think that's a go-" "what? A good idea? I know, but Jack, I at least need to have the right to know if she was okay! Happy before my dad killed her! I need to know if she suffered for long.." you raised your tone ever so slightly when you spoke, Jack sighed, "the nearest forest here...is a lake not so far away..you were there. But no,don"t worry, she didn't suffer for long, she was gone in less than a minute..but yeah..yeah she did look happy before eveything,really happy and calm." he said not knowing what to do to comfort you so much,he wasn't used to comforting people. "Can we go there..? Please." you asked, whiping the tears that were forming in your eyes, Jack wanted to deny it till he looked into your more darkned (e/c) coloured eyes,seeing the slightest glimmer of hope behind them,he hated seeing your brightness glazed over with this darkness leaving yor eyes so dark and dull. So without a work he nodded, getting up and leaving the house without you, obviously he wasn't used to waiting for people,but you didnt mind it,you quickly scrambled to your feet and hurried after him,you both then made your way to the forest.

-Time Skip; 24 Minutes-

EJ (Jack's) POV

After almost half an hour we both got there, the whole walk was silent with (Y/n) looking around paranoid,well,it was the forest after all, the place where she got herself dragged into this mess in the first place. I stopped when I saw the shimmering of the reflected light on the water surface, I looked at (Y/n) she seemed rather sad at this sight, but also happy. Next thing I saw was her walking to the water, oddly the same exact spot where her mother had been murdered,I never told her what spot,how did she know? (Y/n) sat down on the edge of the lake's bank,she stared into the water, a sad smile was seen obviously tugging on her lips. I hesitated at first but walked over to her and sat down next to her, her gaze moving to me I noticed her tears creeping up on the side of her eyes. Seeing her tears felt like a bullet to my heart, it was so painful to just sit and watch. "I had a nightmare of her drowning, well..she drowning me and how her body was just..decomposing!" she said,her voice nothing mre than above a whisper as her voice had cracked in the end, her tears fully forming in her eyes now, "oh (Y/n).." I started,my voice was sympathetic,now this,this actually hit me like a bullet,ad let me tell you this, it hurt like a fucking bitch. Suddenly shlooked down, practically scrunching herself into a ball as I heard her quite wimpers inbetween slight gasps for air,she was crying.. I couldn'y help myself anymore,I opened my arms and held her close in my embrace, she didn't even pull away,exept she held onto me as if her life depended on it as she cried into my chest,leaving two large wet patches on my black hoodie,I slowly rubbed her back up and down with my hand in a action of comfort,I could hold onto her forever like this, as I was deep in my thoughts I never realized she stopped crying,I looked down only to be met with (Y/n)'s peacefully sleeping face, a smile tugged on my lips,it winning leaving me with a smile as I gently picked her up to make sure she doesn't wake up. I took her home, put her down on her bed and took off her uggs,nobody is going to sleep in shoes! With that I covered her with a blanket, "goodnight Sunshine..sleep well and I'll see you romorrow night." I quietly whispered,I swore I saw the slightest smile on her face appearing. I stood up and left into her living room,she wouldnt mind if I stayed just a little bit longer right?

Little did (Y/n) know..she was in for another one of those nights,where a piece of her past finally reveals itself to her, will it be good? Or will it be bad and question herself?
