Shinso
After a long day of planning random stuff with the League of Villians, Shinso was givin the duty of watching UA's security cameras to see if anything interesting happened during the day. (Side Note this is his first time doing this) The first thing he sees is the BakuSquad. Kaminari's in Seri's lap, Kirishima is asleep on Bakugo's shoulder and Mina's on her phone jumping up and down. When his eyes landed on Kaminari he couldn't look away. That's how he spent the next couple of hours watching Kaminari go through his day. Twice came to check on him and saw him staring at Kaminari and quickly went to go tell the other villians. When Shinso came out to get food he found the rest of the League with a plan. A plan to kidnap and certain electric person.
