Recap:

   I'M GONNA BE LATE!!!!!

....................................................................................

Did I really take that long to get ready?!?!

I snatched my backpack from the table and started stuffing it with things that Mom had left out for me to pack. At times like these, she's a life saver.

Once I finished my backpack, I grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl on the table and raced out the door. Of course, I missed the bus, so I ran to the school. Thankfully, I was looking out the window on the way back from the orientation, so I somewhat knew how to get there.

....................................................................................

Finally I arrived in the courtyard. There were students gathered in groups around the entrance. I must have mad it a bit early. I checked my phone, which I was thankfully smart enough to remember to grab off the charger, and It was 7:25. Are you kidding me? All that rushing to get here 5 minutes early? UGHHHH.

In attempt to catch my breath, I walked over to a fountain in the middle of the area and sat on the rim.  I suppressed a sigh of relief while looking down and beginning to fix my uniform that got a little ruffled from running all the way here. I'll probably have to go up to go up to a group if I want any chance to make some friends. They all look pretty friendly except for a small group of three people with spray cans in their hands. They can't be up to any good.

While I was contemplating my life, I felt a light tap on my shoulder.

I looked up to see a petite girl with amber eyes and raven hair smiling down at me. "You need some help?" She asked sweetly, offering me a hand to take. She had a yellow band around her arm. Now that I think about it, they said something about there being people that were designated to help new kids on their first days. They'd help them with their schedules, finding their home room and stuff. "I'm not gonna bite!" She said jokingly. I guess it's because I toke so long thinking. Finally, I toke her hand. "Thank you." I managed to say. "You're welcome!" Her eyes were shining. I haven't even known this girl for a whole minute yet I can already tell what her personality is; bright and cheerful all the time.
"My name's Aphmau!"
"Hi. My name's (Y/n)"

"Let me guess. transfer student?"

"How did you know?" I asked, surprised that my obliviousness to everything was that obvious. "Well..." She started "You looked too lost to have been through here. If you had been through our middle school, you would've at least know what the campus looked like." She smiled. "Annnddd, Your last name doesn't seem familiar, (Y/l/n)."
Oh yeah...

WAIT WHAT?

"How do you know my last name?!?"

She looked like she was about to tell me, but then a mischievous grin crept up on her face.

"I cAn ReAd YoUr MiNd AnD mEmOrIeS!"
Aphmau began wiggling her fingers in front of my face as if to say 'uwu magic'.
Before I had the chance to either laugh, be scared, or even react, I hear a deeper voice coming from behind her.

"Orrrrr, she's been stalking you for the past two years of your life!"

Heya! Sorry I didn't put an end card on my first chapter. Basically all my end cards are going to say is how long the chapter was or any announcements I might have to make about my story, or my uploads.

I have basically one announcement,

My Blaze x Reader, or otherwise known as my first, and only other book on wattpad, isn't stoped. I've just gotten temporarily stuck on where I want to take it because I'm afraid that the original plot won't work out.

Long story short, it hasn't been abandoned.

First Chapter: 460 words

Second chapter: 559 words

Until next update, have a good one!
