Forgotten

"Spencer hurry up or you will be late for volleyball practice" My older sister Emma yelled from down stairs.

"hold on I'm just getting dressed" i yelled while putting on my outfit. I grabbed mt duffel bag off my bed and headed down stairs.

"Emma I'm ready." I said while putting my shoes.

"I'm going out to the car." She said while opening the front door.

"I'm right behind you." i walked behind her. I got in on the passenger side of her car and plugged in my phone and turned on one of my favorite songs, Three Cheers For Five Years by Mayday Parade

-15 minutes later-

"Remember 10 o' clock" I got out of the car

"Okay whatever." she said i closed the door and she sped away. i rolled my eyes and started to walk to the high school gym.

- 2 hours later -

"Bye Lacey I'll see you on Monday. " i waved as she walked to her moms car. I sat on the bleachers by the football field on the side of the high school. I unzipped my bag and found my phone but it was dead sooo I couldn't call Emma because i'm pretty sure she forgot about me. I dug through my bag again and grabbed my sketch book and my pen.

- 1 hour later -

I was 3/4 way through my drawing and I noticed the 8th grade football team was starting practice. one of them caught my eye and i must of caught his because he smiled and i smiled back.

- half an hour later -

I felt heavy footsteps coming up the bleachers but I ignored them. I was just putting the finishing details on my drawing

"Hey that's really good." I herd a voice say

"Thanks." I looked up and realized it was the boy I noticed earlier. I immediately smiled

"GRIER THIS IS NO TIME FOR CHIT-CHAT RUN A LAP." His coach yelled.

"Sorry I got to go." He smiled and ran down the metal bleachers.

I finally finished my drawing and I put my sketch book away and just watched the rest of the practice.

-hour and a half later-

I saw him come up the bleachers again and sit next to me.

"I'm sorry for making you run a lap." I chuckled

"Its alright i knew he was going to make me run but it was worth it." He smiled

"Okay Mr. Cheesy." I laughed

He laughed too

"How long have you been here?" He asked

"Umm since 8 am." I said

"Seriously thats like 3 hours!" he yelled

"Yup older sisters." I shrugged my shoulders

"Well you can come to my house its only like two blocks that way." He pointed behind him

"I will accept your offer only if you tell me your name." I smiled and stood up.

"Hayes." He stood up

"Spencer." I started to walk down the metal bleachers.

"So Spence do you wanna play twenty questions?" he asked

"Why not." I laughed

"Okay you start." he said

"How old are you?" i asked

"14 you?"

"I'm 15." I said

"Siblings?" He asked

"one older sister, Emma. You?"

"Two older brothers, Will and Nash and one little sister named Skylynn."

"Favorite Disney movie?"

"New or classic?"

"Both." I smirked

"Classic is lion king and new issss frozen.You?" He laughed

"Classic is ether lion king 2 or little mermaid and new is definitely is tangled."

"Wait there is a lion king two?"

"You have never seen Lion king two We have to watch it when we get to your house."
