"So you prefer her over your fans." a girl said.
"No. I mean yes.Ugh I love all of you girls but my heart belongs to Jenny and we want to spend this day together. Alone." he says trying not to hurt his fans.
All the fans left and we walked around the beach.
"Um Shawn. I need to tell you something important." I say nervously.
He stops and turns to me. "What's wrong?" he asks.
"Um. I...i..i cut myself." I say. His eyes were getting watery. He grabs my arm and lifts my bracelets. He softly traces my scars with his fingers.
"Don't ever do that. Ok never do that. Their is a lot of people that love you." he says while giving me a hug.
"Ok." I say.
I help Shawn clean up and we waited for G to pick us up.
Instead of seeing the red rental car, we saw the limo speeding up towards us.
"Quickly get on!" Wendy said. I noticed her eyes a little red. We got on and everyone looked at me with a sad look.
"Jenny, we are going to the airport. I paid for your ticket to go back home. We are all going with you." Bart said.
"Ticket? Home?" I say with confusion.
"Bart you weren't supposed to tell her yet!" Mahogany yelled.
"Marshmallow please don't flip out." G says.
"Try to stay strong." Johnson says.
"What's going on?" Shawn asks.
"Jenny.. um.. Wendy you tell her." Cam says.
"Ugh guys why are you leaving the hardest part for me." she says. "Jenny um be strong. Your mom. She got in a huge car accident and sadly she passed away while you were on your date with Shawn." she says.
"No! You guys are lying. Good prank." I say but I look at all their faces and they were serious.
Shawn hugs me but I just push him away. I get up and I run straight to Jacob's open arms.
"Jay tell me they are lying. Please." I say.
"Sunshine I'm sorry. You have to be strong. Your brother needs you." he says.
-- On the airplane--
I'm sitting next to Wendy and Jacob on the plane.
"Jay how did it happen?" I ask him.
"My mom called me and said that she was going to go pick up your brother from preschool when a drunk driver hit her on the left side of the car." he said. Suddenly my phone started ringing. I read the caller ID and it said 'Jess' (Wendy's Ex and Jenny's ex bestie.)
(M-Me J-Jesse B-Brother)
M- Hello?
J-How are you?
M-Not so good. You?
J-I'm fine. I have someone here who wants to talk to you.
B- sister. Where is momma? I'm scawed.
M-Awe baby don't be scared I'm on my way. Stay right there with Jesse.
B-ok.
M- Give the phone back
to Jesse.
J- he's been asking for your mom the whole 2 hours and my mom just tells him that he'll see her soon.
M- I'm on my way. I'm on the plane already.
J-Take your time. Don't stress about anything. People from town have pitched in for the funeral. My mom is planning it. It's in 2 days if that's ok with you.
M- yeah it's fine with me. Thank you so much for everything. Tell your mom that I said thank you. I'll be at your house in less than 3 hours.
J- ok. want me to pick you up at the airport?
M- have room for 15?
J- I'll find a way.
M-Thanks for everything.
J-no problem
--End of phone Call--
"Is Jr(my brother) ok?" Jacob asked.
"He's fine." I say.
"Are you fine?" he asks.
"I'll manage to control myself." I say and he just hugs me.
Suddenly Jacob gets a message and he stands up. Seconds later Shawn sits on his seat.
"Are you ok?" he asks. I just nod my head. I don't even turn to look at him.
"How's you brother." he asks.
"Ok." I simply answered still not looking at him.
"Why are you not looking at me? Did I do something wrong?" he asks.
"You brought me to MAGcon. You didn't let me leave when I wanted too. I could've saved her. I'm the one who picks my brother up from preschool. If I were there, none of this would be happening. Leave me alone. I don't want to see you. I don't need you. Leave. Just leave." I say with tears in my eyes.
