SOMEONE TO REMEMBER [TinCan AU]

PROLOGUE

June 15 2014

The vivid sunlight slightly burned my eyes as soon as I opened them. My head throbbed with pain, but my whole body felt numb.

Everything's a blur.

Two people sat beside me, one was holding my hand, the other was crying.

Who are they?

Where am I?

Who am I?

There are days

When I want

To dip my soul

In lost memories

And soak

Then there are others

That I'm praying

They'll all be washed away

"Ahhh~ Finally!" Tin plunged into his small dorm bed with his arms wide open. "College is gonna be so awesome, I can already feel it." He said excitingly.

It was his first day at the University. He just moved into his in-campus dorm and have just finished setting up and fixing all his things.

He looked at the empty bed on the other side of the room, wondering how his roomie is gonna be like. He only hoped that they can get along well.

He stood up and went to look outside the window. The view from their room was amazing. It overlooked the Science botanical garden to the right side, and the futuristic-looking university planetarium to the left. And just straight ahead you can see the University football field.

It's nice that their dorm's location is quite far from the noisy and busy side of the campus.

He continued watching people passing by down the dorm building, mostly freshmen like him, with their luggage and boxes of stuff in tow.

Then he heard a soft knock on the door before it fully opened.

His heart fell on the floor upon seeing the person at the door, slowly approaching him.

"Hi. I'm Can Kirakorn, your roomie." He placed the bag he was holding on the floor and offered his hand for a handshake. "What's your name?" He smiled shyly at Tin.

Tin stood there frozen and shocked. He didn't know how to react.

"Hi?" Can repeated, eventually retreating his hand, feeling slightly embarrassed. "Uhm, okay..." He turned his back on Tin and proceeded to his bed. He was muttering something under his breath but TIN could not seem to make out of all the words that came out of Can's mouth.

Can Kirakorn.

Tin feels scattered on the floor, as his heartbeat suddenly became faster and more intense. This couldn't be real, he thought to himself.

"Can?" Tin uttered, making the other guy turn around. "Is that you?" Tears started to form on the corner of TIN's eyes.

"Yeah?" Can answered, pointing at himself, puzzled by his new roomie's tone and reaction.

The next thing he knew, Tin was already running towards him, tears and all, lunging in for a hug.

"Oh God, Can! It's you." Tin embraced Can tightly, his arms wrapped around Can's waist. "Oh fuck, I missed you!"

Can slowly pull away from Tin, with a weirder out expression on his face.

"Excuse me..." Can said. He's now looking worried and afraid, as he stared at the stranger in front of him drowning in a puddle of tears. "Uhm, I think you've got the wrong Can here."

He slowly stepped back from Tin.

Tin could not understand Can's reaction.

"Are you playing on me right now?" Tin asked, his head shake in confusion.

"Are you crazy or something?" Can asked back.

"Are you serious?" Tin asked again.

"Are you a freak or something?" Can snapped back.

"You're fucking Can Kirakorn!" Tin exclaimed.

"Yes, I am. I just fucking told you a while ago!" Can answered.

"It's me Tin!" He blurted out, arms open as if he was offering Can another hug.

"And so?" Can asked, already feeling worried that his roomie might be freaking crazy or something.

"You don't miss me?" Tin asked, almost choking in his own words.

"Why would I? I don't even know you..." Can replied.

"Y---you don't remember me?" Tin asked, he too was getting a little confused now.

"Tell me how am I supposed to remember someone I haven't even met yet?" Can replied he gave Tin one last questioning look before walking out of the door.

Hi Chinggus! I was about to publish the first Chapter of Blind Truth Book 2 when this 

"DRAFT" SAVED UNPUBLISHED STORY POP-OUT 

I totally forgot about this one but good thing it has 5 unpublished chapter in it :) ill read everything and try to work on this little project and Blind Truth Book 2 !!
