Chapter 2

Ok, so lets get this show on the road, Archer said.
        
        I watched with fear as i knew my life was about to change forever.
    I watched as everything seemed like  a blur. Than i opened my eyes and heard a sound. It was Archer loading his pistol.

NO please dont do this! I say as i run to him and attempt to take his gun, but what was i thinking hes way to tall for me to reach.

Sorry " HummingBird" but you might wanna close you eyes for this part...he said.

                      BAM! He shot my father

       BOOM! He shot my mother

He shot my parents in cold blood.
I continue to cry my eyes out shen i realize everything is starting to get blurry.  Than everything goes black... 

                       .One day later.

    I feel myself start to wake up, and i open my eyes to see that im in a huge bed and its not mine, and this is most definitely not my room. I try to get up but than i realize im handcuffed to the bed.  UGH. I hate my life.  I look around and see the door slowly open.
           Thats when i see him. The man who took everything away from me.

So looks like someones awake, archer said. With a soft but mean smile on his face.  I decide to stay silent.

So um you passed out after we killed your u-um parents. So i brought you to our house to rest, your in my room. You been asleep for the past day.

   I wanna say something but im scared, i mean i cant even escape im just a little girl who lost her family and now is weak and lonely!

Ya know a conversation only works if both people speak, he says. I may not be the brightest person on the planet but right now me and my men are all ya got.

Your right. I say

Wait. What, he says

     YOU ARE FAR FROM THE BRIGHTEST PERSON ON THIS PLANET, i say with tears in my eyes. You killed m-my momma, and my d-dad, what if someone d- did that to your family!

He stays quiet for a good minute.  Than he walks over near me and sits beside me.  I flinch as he moves closer.

Dont worry, i wont hurt you and i wont let anyone else here hurt you either i can promise you that.  I just came to take the handcuffs off. I thought you might be hungry.

I dont want your food! It might be poision. Do you think im dumb!

      He doesn't say a word he just unties me and holds out his hand for me to grab it.      I hesitate for a moment but than i grab it.

Alright, now come one lets go downstairs and get you some breakfast, he said.    I follow him down the stairs. When we make it down the stairs i see 2 other men and a woman.

Elena, this is jack, bobby and rosalie. Jack and bobby are my brothers, and rosalie is my sister.

Rosalie walks up to me and hugs me tightly. Than she whispers in my ear..

I know what they did to your parents sweerheart, and im so so sorry, but im so happy your ok. She lets me go and walks back over to the boys who look like they are about to aproach me.

If either one of you come near me i will bite your head off!
Both boys laugh and walk away shouting.

SHES A FIESTY ONE HUH?

Shut up will you jack!Archer says.

Alright rosalie i have business to attend to, mind making this little "HummingBird" some breakfast.

I hear him say that and i mumble. Only my mom calls me that!

          Apparently he heard me cause he responded with, Well shes not here is she now?

     Hey thats enough! Rosalie smacked hin on the head as she yelled at him. THIS POOR GIRL JUST LOST HER LIFE her everything, so give her a break would ya?

Look i have to go, he said while walking off.

Ok.  So how bout that breakfast, she says as i nod my head.

                           6 hours later.

Its getting late and im sitting on the couch watching cartoons with rosilie. She seems like the only nice one around here. Everything was going fine well who am i kidding things woud never be " fine" but things were going as good as they could at this time, and thats when i hear a door open from my left. I look to see who it is and it was jack. He walks over to me and says calmly.
Follow me hun, boss wants to see you.
  I get a little scared but i follow him anyway. He leads me down a long hall than we stop at a door.

In there hun, hes in there.

O-ok, say.

    I walk in the room which appears to be an office. When Archer sees me he motions me to sit, so i do.

So. I wanted to say was sorry, for yelling at you Earlier.... and for killing your parents. And for everything basically.. he said.

I sit there thinking to myself how can he really be sorry i mean after what hes done.   Can he really feel sorry about all of that.

Saying your sorry doesn't change anything ya know. I finally say.

Yes i know but UGH i just i- im sorry for killing your mom i really am. but your father, well im not sorry at all for that cause sweetheart your daddy was a bad man. But i do want you to live a good life, where you are tought to be strong and loved and all that i guess. He said.

Yea well you took all that away from me! I yell.
 
I know... thats why well how do i say this.       I want you to live here
