The "Gear" – or cogwheel  - is the symbol of the SSU Faculty of Engineering.

A gear is part of a system of cogwheels which power and run a machine. If one gear fails, the machine will stop working.

Wearing this gear symbol signifies being a student of the Faculty of Engineering. However, in order to receive their gear, all engineering freshmen must first pass through the S.O.T.U.S system – a tough regime designed to teach the freshmen the values of Seniority, Order, Tradition, Unity and Spirit.

This year, a third-year senior student named Arthit is the head hazer – the leader of a selected group of third-year students who oversee the freshmen's initiation into life at SSU. Arthit often abuses the S.O.T.U.S  system and uses his power to make the junior students break the rules. Because of this, the first-years are cautious around him.

The freshmen students felt powerless to complain or resist any orders given to them by their seniors. Arthit was seemingly unstoppable. At least, until a freshman named Kongpob stood up and argued against the hazer.

Initially, this resulted in a strained relationship between Kongpob and Arthit. However, continuous encounters between the two students helped to transform their relationship into something more affectionate.

This is the story of how an unlikely relationship formed...
