I didn't expect this ...

DAVID'S POV:
Liza have been ill for two weeks now , and I'm starting to get worried , what if she has something ? She has been telling me that probably she just got a virus or something , but I think there ir something that she has been hiding from me... In a few days is our anniversary , I'm preparing a beautiful travel to Paris , once we get there , after our anniversary dinner , I'm gonna propose to her , we have been dating for 5 years now , yes , we've been broken up for almost two years , but we get back together , and since then I have no doubt that she is my one and only , and I really want to marry her... I hope she says yes

LIZA'S POV:
So... I've been sick for the past two weeks , and i thought it was just a virus , but it ended up being something else , 3 days ago I went to the doctor , without David because if it was something bad he would been very worried and our anniversary is close... Coming back to the point , the doctor tell me that what I have is not a virus , it's something that it's going to end in 9 months , yep , I'm pregnant , and I'm very happy , I mean , I'm gonna be a mother , and it's going to be with David so that makes it even better . I'm planning on telling him in our anniversary , he tell me that for this one we're going to Paris , but he is going to prepare everything , I'm just going to prepare my "little" surprise. I'm thinking on buying some baby clothe or something , and putting it in a box with my first ultrasound ( I took it the same day I discovered I was/am pregnant ) , just to be sure that he is going to understand it

(Time lapse to the airport, it's November 26th)

LIZA'S POV:
We're at the airport , I have my surprise in my backpack , I want to be sure that is always with me. While we were getting into the plain , I started to imagine how our life is gonna change , I mean , a kid is not a joke , and I know that David is going to be an amazing dad , and hopefully I'm gonna be an amazing mother, I just hope he feels as happy as me about this, our little family...

DAVID'S POV:
I have the ring , it's beautiful , just like my girlfriend ... I have everything ready , on November 28th , I'm gonna take her to the Eiffel tower , which is going to be close just for us , we're going to have dinner there and then , it's proposal time . I don't know what I'm gonna say , I think I'm just gonna my heart talk

( The couple arrived in Paris on November 27th in the morning , they spend that day walking around the city, and they went to bed early , because David already planned the whole day , and the first thing was surprising his girlfriend with a beautiful breakfast )

LIZA'S POV:
I woke up at 8 am , and the first thing that I notice is that David wasn't in our room , so I called him , and his phone was there , but when I was about to leave the room to search for him , the door open letting me see what my handsome boyfriend made for me , a beautiful breakfast with everything that I love , including him 😏

L: David oh my God this is amazing ! Thank you bubba * Liza hugs David *
D: Your welcome babe , everything for my girl , and by the way HAPPY 5TH ANNIVERSARY !
L: HAPPY ANNIVERSARY BABE ! * David kiss Liza with passion *
L : What was that for ??
D: Nothing , I just wanted to kiss you * blushes *
L : In that case * she kiss him *
D: Mmmm... Did I tell you how much I love your kisses?
L : Maybe , but I love to hear it ...
D: I love Your kisses so fucking much , but know we need to eat these breakfast because we have to be in the hall at 11 am
L : Yes sir

( They ate their Breakfast , and then , after getting ready for the day , they leave to the first surprise that David had for Liza )

LIZA'S POV:
David literally prepared the WHOLE day , we did so many things today and it's 7pm , but we're heading back to our hotel because he want me to get ready , and then at 8:30pm a car is going to take me to the last surprise  ... My anxiety is Killing me, I'm so nervous about telling him ... But right now I need to focus on getting ready , i didn't know if it was going to be hot or cold today so I bring 2 outfit , and is not very cold here so I decided to use this one :
