    >File type: subject records
        >Subject: 000-016

        >Species: common sprinter (see file 000-007)

    >Enclosure protocol:

Subject 016 is to be kept in a standard sprinter specific holding enclosure. All cameras must be fully functional at all times. Any cameras that fail to operate must be noted and fixed at the soonest possible time.

Monthly enclosure cleaning is not necessary do to the subjects 'nesting' methods.

Subject 016 must be contained alone, as the subject requires little to no contact. Any otherwise company of other sprinters or facility personnel will only be given during specific forms of scheduled testing and medical checks.

Scheduled feeding must occur at least once a day between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. All sceduled meals must consist of at least 5 lbs of raw animal by-product (multy vitamin supplement added). Water may also be added, though this is not required, as this is already accessible to the given subject over a 24 hour period.

>Edit: Due to past incidents involving Subject 016's development in vitamin D deficiency and insomnia during early containment, an outdoor enclosure has been added to the 016's holding enclosure. All personnel are to be required to stay 8 feet from the enclosure fence at all times.

>Visual observation:

   >Gender: male

   >Weight: 210 lbs

   >Height: 5.11 ft

Subject 016 is a young adult male, light brunette, resembling that of European American decent. 016's iris pigmentation is salmon in color, not uncommon for its species.

Though Subject 016 is heavier in muscle mass compared to those of other male sprinters, no greater amount of physical activity has been noted.

Subject 016 first came to the facility wearing a basic dark brown camping fleece jacket with a black beater shirt and dark grey worker jeans, no shoes were present. These clothings have been confiscated and replaced with the standard facility subject uniform for hygienic purposes.

  >Behavioral observation:

Field observation befor containment have viewed Subject 016 to be socially isolative, introverting away from other members of its species during activities such as eating and sleeping. The subject is usually seen observing the surrounding areas. It is undetermined if Subject 016's abnormal behavior is caused by mental spectrum disorders or by choice.

Though Subject 016 does not display most actions in socialization, the subject is sometimes caught staring or throwing objects at the enclosure's cameras when scheduled feeding procedures are delayed.

Like others it's species, the subject displays common behaviors of nesting (claiming sections within the enclosure for specific activities, along with removal of unnecessary objects), and basic self care. Subject 016 also displays some signs of tool usage but has no recorded behaviors in materialism, though is not abnormal for the majority of its species. Like it's kind, Subject 016 is very adapt in survival based skills.

>Note: 24 hour observation will be taken at this time to account for any further outstanding behaviors.
   >Comment: “Do we have anyway to see if it understands its being tested on?”

  >Psychological observation:

From previous testing, Subject 016 is shown to have a greater than normal span of patience, motivation, and determination than other members of the same species.

Subject 016 also displays understanding in categorization and shows strong capabilities in planning and timing greater than that of the average human being. Though this is assumed to make the subject more dangerous, it has not made any sudden or premeditated attempt to escape enclosure.

Due to previous incidents during delayed feedings, it is understood that Subject 016 has some understanding of human nature and behavior, though the amount of understanding is yet to be fully observed and noted.

Testing has shown that Subject 016 has understanding in math, though has trouble with numbers. Recent notes show that the subject may lean more towards visual thinking and memory based thinking than mathematics. Kinthetic and logistical thinking is noted to be that of the average human adult.

>Note: More tests are pending. See test options for 'classical conditioning' and 'one on one social' related exercises.
   >Comment: "This one's special."
