Claimed to be Yours

Beam stares at his left hand that has been raise up high above his head for quite a while now in Forth's bed. Forth came to pick up Beam after Beam classes are over and took Beam to his room. Beam still couldn't believe the propose Forth did this afternoon but he is somewhat confuse about Forth's proposing to him. Beam is very happy about accepting Forth's proposal but Beam does have a lot of question of why proposing to him this early and why not start as boyfriends then work the way up.

Beam blinks and bring his hand down. He then turn his body to his left side to look at Forth. Forth has been staring at Beam since Beam has been staring at the ring on his left hand. Beam just stares at Forth as Forth stares back at Beam too. Quiet and still of just staring at each other. Beam blinks and so does Forth. It isn't awkward of staring a each other. They done it since yesterday of the hot steamy event happened in the gym locker room and Forth's room. It's just pleasant to just stare at each other.

"Forth." Beam breaks the silence between them.

"Hmm?" Forth replies.

Beam brings his left hand and show it to Forth.

"Is..." Beam hesitates. "Isn't too early to propose to me?" Beam puts down his hand on the mattress.

Forth brings his left hand on Beam's cheek and starts to caress it. Forth let out a small sigh.

"I know it's too early to propose to you but..." Forth stops caressing Beam's cheek and retracts it.

Beam blinks.

"But what?"

"Time."

"Time?"

"Hmm. Time."

"What does time got to do with the proposal?"

"Beam...I..." Forth sigh once again. "I don't have much time left."

Silence.

Beam just stare at Forth with his eyes full of watery glistening. Forth pulls Beam into his embrace, letting Beam cry. Forth caresses Beam's back as Beam cries knowing that he won't spend time with Beam anymore in the future. He won't grow old with Beam.

"I'm just kidding, Beam." Forth says out of the blue.

Beam stops crying and pushes himself away from Forth. A smile displays on Forth's face.

"YOU!"

Before Beam was going to hit Forth, Forth grabs Beam's wrists to pin it down as hovering on top of Beam. Beam wriggles out but he only struggles.

"Forth." Beam whines.

Beam is angry for the false of Forth lies and annoy for not able to hit Forth. Beam could only puff out his cheeks and stay still in the grasp of Forth's hands.

Forth leans forward and plant a kiss on Beam's forehead. Then down Beam's nose following along to his lips. Forth stay a while on Beam's lips before he withdraws his lips from Beam's. A tint of blush shown on Beam's face and made Forth let out a small chuckle.

"I'm sorry, Princess." Forth apologize and plant another kiss on Beam's lip once again. "I could't wait for more years to pass by and propose to you by then. That's why I propose to you early. I'm sorry. I know it's selfish of me doing this to do but I already love you when I first saw you. It has been a long road for me to grow up from a kid to a man for you. All I could focus was you as I was growing up. You made me what I am today. I already claimed to be yours when I first saw you. I don't care that you're the Casanova right now. I don't care how much you have sex with girls in the pass. All I care is I claimed to be yours."

Beam brings his hands to wipe away Forth's tears. He realized Forth let go of his wrists in between what Forth was saying to him.

"Forth." Beam wipes Forth's tears once again. "The Forth who I called him by kid has grown to be a handsome man for me." Beam smiles and cups Forth's cheeks and lower him to meet his lips.

"You claimed to be mine so this time I'll claimed to be yours." Beam says after he withdraw his lips from Forth's.

"Mine?" Forth asks.

Beam nods. "Yours."

Forth smiles and kiss Beam's lips with love and sweet.

"I love you, Beam."

"I love you too, Forth."

And that evening they both knew that Beam, himself, will not recover his previous pain from yesterday and probably will not go to classes tomorrow.
