This is the story of a mysterious girl from the kingdom of Scaleswind. She is an orphan who has powers beyond the human imagination. The first memory she has is walking out of a portal and onto the street, onlookers staring at her with pitiful glances. The girl started to lose hope as the sun started to go down. She had no food, family, or shelter. The girl walked down an alley and started to cry. Before she knew it she was lying on the ground covered in tears. Her golden hair now dirtied by filth on the ground, and tear stains running down her pale cheeks.
It seemed as if hours had passed, even though the sun was lazily still hanging on the horizon. The girl, feeling tired, put her head on her knees. Not long after she felt a tap on her leg. The girl looked up with a quick jerk, fearing the worst.
"Hey, my name's Nicole. Are you all alone?" She asked with a voice of concern.
The girl nodded slowly as Nicole offered her a hand.
"Would you like to come back to my house? I always like inviting new friends," Nicole said with a smile.
The girl cautiously took Nicole's hand.
"What's your name?" Nicole smiled once again.
"Ender," the girl mumbled. Nicole started to lead the way to her home, and from that point on... Ender felt as if she would never be alone.
