I greedily take in as much air as i can just so i can hold out a little longer on this punishment, the freezing temperatures of this water would sober up even the most drunk person after a night out of drinking. I had just been woken up by my abusive boyfriend as he dragged me down into a dark room and dunked my head into the water, all i could do was struggle against his firm grasp on my head. He was so charming and loving when we met but i guess that was all a ruse to show me who the real person he is.

I finally gasped for air as he took my head out of the barrel, I fell to the ground due to the exhaustion of only getting one hour's sleep in and not being able to breathe, he walked off laughing at my failed attempt to stand up. I was weak and submissive because i was born an omega, my boyfriend was the exact same but when his dad fought for alpha status and won he was deemed his beta and I was left with a coward of a boyfriend who takes out all his anger on me due to my low status.

I should've waited for my mate instead of caving into this coward, maybe I would've got the love I so desperately wanted instead of constant paranoia of what's going to happen to me next. I slowly gained my energy back and stood up only realising the smell of puke in the air it was enough to make me gag on the putrid smell, i ran out as fast as I could only to hear my alpha telling his son "she cannot live anymore due to the fact she is an omega and you look like a weakling being with one" he replied coldly to him "I have never loved her she was just a bit of fun I could use, killing her would get rid of a burden in my life" it's then i decided I either became a rogue or die to the hands of this sadistic prick and I choose the rogue way.

Running away was easy as soon as I left the border I became a rogue that's how it is in pack rules, you leave the border without permission then you are cast out from the pack. I was running for what felt like forever and I crashed into another wolf, they was as white as snow you find where no human has touched it and they had a scar going from there eyebrow to below there eye. This wolf instantly jumped on top of me and bared it's teeth at me, the power radiating from it only means they are an alpha and i was doomed. They suddenly got off me and stared at me, there eyes was a deep blood red and i couldn't resist staring into them, they started slowly walking upto me cautious as not to let there guard down I closed my eyes waiting for them to grasp my throat in there mouth and snap it clean off but they just licked my face???

I looked at them with the most puzzled expression and i saw a glint of sadness go over there eyes, the reason I am not in wolf form right now is because i can't shift and I've haven't talked to my inner wolf in a year, i was 17 when they went silent. They've hated me since I got with my boyfriend, well ex boyfriend now, because i didn't wait for my mate so they have been silence since. Looking at this wolf I felt safe and they didn't look like they wanted to kill me, i mean they did just wolf kiss me, they spaced out most likely mind linking there pack. After a minute they looked at me and signalled me to follow them, obviously if I want to live I must do it there an alpha for godsake.

After about 20 mins of walking in silence they went behind a tree and shifted, the most gorgeous woman i have ever seen walked out, she had blue eyes with half black half red short hair and her face shape complimented her beauty perfectly. She was around 5 ft 8 and in that moment all i wanted to do was kiss her, she had this smile that made me want to never leave her side and her eyes I couldn't stop looking at them it was like i was in a trance unable to breathe if I looked away for a second.
