Personality: Keiko when you first meet her is cold and untrusting because of the betrayal she felt from her birth family. She puts up a front to keep herself safe, especially during season 2. She acts serious and mature not liking when people act two faced, she says what she thinks not wanting to be seen as weak and a pushover. She is only trying to be honest and it usually backfires on her, this makes her stay quiet and she refuses to speak her mind. Deep down she is very kind-hearted, especially with her orphan family, and gets hurt easily when she gets betrayed by them. Her past made her put up walls around her already damaged heart, it's hard for her to not think about everything that has happened to her. In Inazuma Japan she mellows out a little and tries her hardest to be more open with her feelings, even if the trust issues hold her back from believing in new people.

Backstory: When Keiko was 2 her mother died in a car accident her father was 18 at that time so he couldn't look after her alone, she was taken to Ohisama En and met Hiroto and the others. When she was 10 she found out that her father had married and had a daughter. She lived with them until she was nearly 11 when her step mother blamed her for hurting Harumi, step sister, which her father believed. She was send back to Ohisama En, a few months later her father witnessed his wife hurting their child and went to apologise to Keiko who didn't forgive him.
