"You'll catch a cold if you stay there that long."

Todoroki look up the green boy from above him. Only to that Todoroki arm crossed with both legs on his chest.
Midoriya hold his umbrella and saw the poor heterochromatic boy lying the floor. "What you doing here by yourself?"
Todoroki wipe his tears and look away, "Nothing... I was ju-."
"You're gonna catch a cold in a heavy rain. I expect something in you." Midoriya cut off, instead he continues. "Let's go."
Todoroki eyes wide and stare at him. Unlikely him, stays quiet. Midoriya offer the bicolored boy a hand. Todoroki gave a confused look, just that he acquire the green hair boy hand.
...Nobody knows that Todoroki was gripping one rose he had in his hand. He put back on his pocket to get up and smile, pulled him close.
One of the rose pedals falling slowly to the ground finally dying. As the thunderstorm strikes, puddles flow, leaving the rose lying in the cold dirt.
Both of them walk away from the bad weather, were Midoriya and Todoroki left.

The room got quite when Midoriya came him, with a tray on two steamy cups and a bag of sugar. Todoroki cover himself a blanket around him to see Midoriya approach him. "Thank you." He look at him and quickly look down. Polity the offer from his best friend.
"You okay?" Midoriya ask, give Todoroki own cup as he pour 2 tablespoons of sugar.
"I'm fine."
Todoroki wasn't even looking at him, only just stare the floor. Todoroki stare the marshmallow on his cup then drink it. Midoriya drank his hot tea, stare the corner of his eyes on the peppermint.
"Something happened back there. What's wrong?" Although he doesn't want to pressure the smaller teen.
"Nothing happened." Todoroki blurted.
The heterochromatic boy voice gotten crack, hands trembling from his cup, one of his bangs cover his eyes to only see was his mouth growls.
Midoriya eyes surprisedly saw both of mismatched. Todoroki Shouto tried his best not to cry instead tears on his eyes drop to his cheek. His best friend is crying in front of him. Todoroki turn away not want to see a weakness in him.
"I-It's stupid! I don't know, it just... I don-."
"Don't hold back. It's okay to cry." Midoriya embrace him with a hug his best friend needs. Todoroki can do is cries and hug him tightly. Whimpers, grunting as Shoto can't hold back.
...Just let everything go...
Todoroki try his best to calm down and explain to Midoriya what just happened. Told everything about his ex boyfriend how now he came back to him, well that's what Todoroki thought. Now it triggers him, praying and hoping. Until that, he saw both of them kissed right in front of him.
"I look stupid out there! For some reason, I thought he actually love me!" He cries. "Every time I tried to move on all I can think about is that person whenever I seen, looking picture and message of him... just makes me break down!"
Midoriya stare at him, giving a tissue to calm Todoroki.
"It's scares me that you never know what someone is thinking or feeling towards you and everything they say could be massive lie!" Todoroki shut his eyes and continue.
"W-Was it because of my looks? Did I put to much pressure?! Did I do something wrong?! I'm not good enough for-"
Midoriya had enough of those non sense, he couldn't bare to watch him overwhelmed... until that last sentence.
"You didn't do anything wrong! Stop saying all of those negative, or worse...doubting yourself. No matter how much you say; you wasn't good enough, you are more than enough... just not the right person."
Todoroki eyes shock, tears scowling down. Midoriya adds on.
"Most people mess up something good, by looking for something better, just to end up with something worse."
Midoriya wipes those tears from Todoroki cheeks.
"Stop breaking your own heart by trying to make a relationship works. Sometimes the person you want is the person you're best without. You got to understand some things are meant to happen, but just not meant to be. Some things are meant to come to your life, just not to meant to stay."
Todoroki cries a lot, wipe his tears that words are the truth. Midoriya keep wipes those tears away.
"You might not understand why now, but I promise you, you're future will always bring understanding of why things didn't work out. You're perfect, the looks, the clingy everything you have is unique, YOU did nothing to deserve it!"
Midoriya pat the back of Todoroki from crying but it gotten worse, only to that Midoriya hug him tightly for confort. It have been an hour.

Todoroki eyes go red from the cries, a small smile he had just made him a little better. The only that help him is Midoriya.
"You feeling better?"
"Yeah, thank you." The heterochromatic boy said.
"You probably be hungry after all of this. I'll go get us some food."

"You don't have... have.." Todoroki sneeze. Only one small sneeze kinda adorable like a kitten. 'It's adorable.' Midoriya thought.
"You're sick! I told you, you'll catch a cold." Midoriya got up quickly to get another blanket and put around Todoroki. Quickly grab his coat and his keys as if he leaves.
"You're leaving? Why not cook here? Besides, you'll gon be sick too!"
"Don't worry, I'll be back. It's only be quick." With that Midoriya open the door and left. Leaving Todoroki by himself.

Later, Midoriya came back with a bag full of food.
"I'm back!" The door close behind him. Only thing he saw was a sleeping beauty laying down the couch. Todoroki face look so peaceful. Midoriya just smile and leave him sleeps.
A small kiss from Todoroki forehead was Midoriya he gave when he approached him.
