Shoto was "cleaning" himself after eating some ice cream when he notices from the corner of his eyes Izuku trying to catch his tail. Normally he wouldn't let anyone take it, but it was an exception since it was his best friend and secret crush. So here he is slowly approaching his own tail to let Izuku take an hold of it.
