The tension in the room was nearly palpable to the couple. [Name] stood with her arms crosse as Murasakibara directed a glare her way, "I said "no", Atsushi. Act your age."
The clerk behind the desk looked back and forth at the two slightly intimidated by the tall teenager. Their dispute would normally be seen as nothing to regular couples, but to these two it was life or death, "I'm getting a whole fudge cake, [Name]. Its my money," he replied.
"No. He won't." She said in a sharp tone looking back at the employee. "We'll take two strawberry-" a large hand covered her mouth in order to muffle her words.
Murasakibara looked at the clerk and said, "Double fudge cake. Don't listen to the short thing."
[Name]'s eyes narrowed at the reply. She quickly bit down on his hand and once he released she said, "Come here!" [Name] pulled him out of the shop. "Don't call me a "thing", Murasakibara Atsushi! I'm not an animal you can refer to!"
His bottom lip slightly trembled due to being yelled at by her. Seeing his reaction, [Name] had a change of heart and calmed down. He did have the attitude of a child, so seeing him remotely upset broke her heart, "[Name]-chin," he whined moving his hand to the hem of her sleeve and tugged it slightly.
Said girl bit her lip and took his hand, "Okay, but you only get two slices, idiot," she mumbled as a smile spread on his lips.
