Finn to Sara- "I got our vics tox results back and he had high levels of THC in his system."
Sara- "Do you think he could have passed out from the drugs and drowned."
Finn- "We have no other evidence, so either this case is going cold or it was an accident."
Sara- "Wait what about Diamond Roahds."
Finn- "We'll bring her to PD and questions her."
*in interrogation*
Finn- "Diamond, do you know a Max Tanner?"
Diamond- "Max, yeah I work with him. Today was his day off. If your looking for him he's probably at a bar somewhere on the strip."
Sara- "Actually he's dead."
Diamond- "Ooh my god. Dead? How did he die?"
Sara- "He drowned at the bottom of lake mead."
Finn- "And we found your print on the back of his work card."
Diamond- "That's because he left it at work and I brought it to him."
Finn- "At his house?"
Diamond- "No in the parking lot after work."
Sara- "When?"
Diamond- "Two nights ago."
Sara- "And he's hasn't been to work since?"
Diamond- "I don't know if he was at work the next day but he wasn't there today. I never thought he'd be dead."
*Nick to Finn and Sara*
Nick- "I know this isn't my case, but I think your suspect is innocent.."
Sara- "I think so too, she really seems like se knows no the about what happened to him."
Finn- "We can always giver her a lie detector test."
Sara- "Okay, if she agrees I'll be convinced she has nothing to hide."

Finn- "Are you okay with taking a lie detector test?"
Diamond- "Is this about me leaving my prints for one of your officers 10 years ago?"
Sara- "This has nothing to do with that, but why did you leave your prints?"
Diamond- "I thought that if my brother ever got out f prison he would come after me for calling the police on him. I just wanted to make sure you had some way of identifying me if something bad ever happened."
Finn- "That was smart of a young girl like you."
*they do the lie detector test, the suspect passes.*
Sara- "Diamond, your free to go."
Diamond- "Thank you..."
Sara- "Sara..."
Diamond- "Thank you Sara, I hope you catch who ever did this to Max, he was a great guy."
*she leaves*
Finn- "I think this might have been an accident."
Sara- "I think so too. We have no other evidence suggesting other wise."
Russell- "Did you ladies solve the mystery?"
Finn- "Yes, this death was an unfortunate accident."
Russell- "Ah, but there is one question still unanswered.."

Russell- "How did he get out there?"
Sara- "Well he was on drugs and his house isn't that far from where we found him. I'm thinking he must have walked."
Russell- "So, case closed."

Sara- "Which one?"
Finn- "Greg, Nick a and Morgan's case."
Russell- "Maybe you tow can help them out, give them fresh eyes on the case."
