Dear Haeyoon,
I very clearly remember the time you showed up at my front door, asking if you could stay over for the night. I was surprised but let you in anyway. You were lucky that day since my parents were overseas for a business trip. I noticed that your eyes were red, like you just finished crying. But I ignored it, once again. I asked if you would like to watch a movie. You were hesitant at first but agreed in the end. I let you choose a movie from the list of CDs I had and you chose a horror movie.
We sat on the sofa together with blankets and pillows covering our eyes. Suddenly, you jumped and hugged me tightly. I felt like chuckling at your cute action. But I couldn’t. All I could do was smile. Soon after the movie, you fell asleep. I stared at you while you were sleeping and I couldn’t help but fall for you more.
I told myself not to fall for you, but in the end,
I failed.
